Day shift has the worst customer service EVER!!!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW & THEY NEED TO SWEEP & MOP THAT FLOOR BEHIND THE COUNTER IN THE WORK AREA BEFORE A SLIP & FALL OCCURS!!! I’m guessing that’s spilled soda all over the floor along with cup tops. I wish that I would’ve known that there was a place on here to post photos because I most definitely would’ve taken some & posted them!!!! Crenshaw & 60th Taco Bell needs a whole new day shift crew.

This place is awful. I’ve gone several times and each time at 4 or 5pm they are closed for one reason or another. This place needs to be closed permanently!

My family and I visited here on Thursday 7th February. The place was clean. While we were waiting on our order I noticed these two teenagers boy and girl came in. A lady was sitting down. Before you know it, one threw a drink at her and ran off with her IPhone. She ran behind them but they darted across the road like Bolt…This is so sad and disgusting it happened so fast. Why cause distress? They said it on the news be careful with your phones and be alert. Be alert in your surroundings everyone. I hope Taco Bell has cameras. Needless to say we didnt eat there. What we ordered was good, I was not to fond of the cinnamon stuff.

When I drove up to place my order at the speaker, the cashier greeted me with a friendly, smiling voice & asked to take my order. I gave my order, she repeated it back correctly and asked if there was anything else I needed, before giving me my total to pay & asking me to drive forward to her window. Upon pulling up to her window, she said “Hello” as she took my payment. We also shared small talk about how positive each of our days were going. We each found it grateful that we’re employed, during these times. She handed me my food with a smile (behind her mask) and returned my credit card, wearing hygienic gloves, which made me feel safe. She thanked me for my business & asked me to visit Taco Bell again, soon. I was very pleased with her kind & professional demeanor. My cashier, Maria C., gave EXCELLENT customer service & definitely deserves a raise! 🙂 Her professionalism reminded me of the time that I was the “Drive Through Girl” in the window, at Taco Bell in 1991, on Mansfield Highway, in Fort Worth, Texas! It was always a rewarding experience to serve customers with professionalism & place a smile on their faces. Keep up the Excellence, Maria C. & Taco Bell!
