If I could give 0 stars, I would. The worst fast food place ever. Taco bell is obviously good, but the employees here are absolutely HORRID!!! They are so desperate to hire people but won’t pay them a fair wage or employ people who have common sense. Which you would think would change after being bought out by corporate. But since theyve been bought out, its gotten even worse. Something i thought wasnt possible. Please fix this place. Please. The people of Spanish springs beg you. Pay them higher & get better employees.

Worst fat food experience I have ever had. Ordered mobile walk-in. Inside closed, knocked and knocked to be ignored by a short blonde lady for 5 min. Then rudely gestured to go through the drive thru. Wel on foot that doesn’t work now, does it. I finally had to use my cell and call the restaurant to get anyone to do more than give me a dirty look at the door. When calling, I was immediately cut off by the same lady…. she yelled at me that I didn’t need to be rude. And to give her my name and wait by the door, she would bring it out shortly…….. So I stood and waited. Then it began raining…. I stood waiting at the door some more. After approximately 10 more minutes or so, I began to no longer want to eat here. Between the extremely poor service and the aggressive behavior of the employee, truthfully, I was concerned she would somehow do something unsanitary to my order. I looked in through the glass door and knocked once more, to only be ignored. I proceeded to call again, this time informing her I would, at this point, prefer a refund and I would not be waiting in the rain any longer. She abruptly interrupts. She claims she had been waiting to give me my food, but I wasn’t waiting near the door. That’s haberdashery, as I was within feet the duration of this debauchery.

Every time I try going there for breakfast around 7am on a Saturday they have some kind of issue to were they aren’t open for another hr even though there sign days open has happened 4 times in row. I even waited around for them to open at 7am just to be turned away again. Your loosing alot of good business because your associates can’t arrive to work on time. That was the excuse I got. Won’t try again 4 times to many.

Absolutely awful. I know good employees are hard to come by, but this is inexcusable. The person at the drive thru reached into my car and ripped my bag in half because I asked for a few extra packs of hot sauce. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this location in the past few months. I really hope the owner can recover from this.

Stood in line for 10 minutes as everyone in the back was chatting up. I was about to leave when I was told to place order on their machine and if I was to pay cash then they’d take the cash at the register. 4 other customers were about to leave as well. Don’t let machines take over jobs. Won’t come here again.

Decided to come to this location on my way out of town. Couldn’t regret it more. I was literally the only car in the drive through and still had to wait for almost 15 minutes being glared at by the guy at the window the whole time. Like a customers presence was iratating to him. I ordered a total of three items one of which being a Mexican pizza. You can see what I got in the picture here, not even sure what it’s supposed to be. I drove for almost 20 minutes before realizing what I got and had to turn around. When I walked in and showed them they offered to replace it but then made me the exact same thing all over again, twice! Making a total of three incorrect orders for one item. After seeing the way they were all looking at me I assumed they may just spit in it or something for being difficult so I got my money back and left. I love Taco Bell for a quick easy bite but I sincerely suggest staying away from this location. This is my second crappy experience here.

My husband and I frequently visit this location. In my opinion I think it’s definitely best to come here during morning, and lunch hours. The evenings are always hit or miss, if anyone’s even there. Don’t come at night. They won’t serve you even if someone is there. 1/28 at 10pm told they were under staffed and couldn’t get served. When my husband and I do get to order, we are usually treated quite well, and our order is always made to our satisfaction. The people that take our order in the mornings are always awesome and always professional. We will definitely continue to come here during the mornings only.
