I’m checking the other reviews and see that people had terrible experiences here but I myself cannot even complain with this taco bell. Everytime I ever ordered my food has been tasty and correct. I usually uber eats from here cause I never had any problems. Their drinks are good too. I recently tried their dragonfruit berry agua refresher and it’s super good.

WORST Taco Bell in this area, Just skip going here. To start, walking into the store you are hit with the most awful smell you will ever encounter in your life. It smells like puke mixed with cleaner and is the most unappealing thing ever. Second you will receive your order but whether or not its correct is extremely iffy. And then you will wait an extra 30 minutes just to receive your drink cups since NO ONE pays attention to the in store customers. The food honestly never tastes good and comes out cold like 90% of the time. Absolutely awful experiences with the employees every single time I go and the management is terrible. You are better off going to the McDonald’s next to it. SKIP THIS TACO BELL!!!

I get off work at 11:30. I roll up to Taco Bell often at around 11:40. Half the time there’s a guy who makes me food. Half the time there’s some girl who always says they’re closed. They say open until midnight, if they’re going to close early they need to change the hours on their door so I’m not wasting my time

I visit this Taco Bell often, and the woman who usually takes my order at the window is always kind, professional, and customer service–oriented. During my last visit, I ordered two cheesy Chalupas and she politely asked if I wanted steak or chicken. I really appreciated her attention to detail, so I decided to try one of each. She confirmed the order, but then someone else abruptly talked over her in a rude, unprofessional manner, insisting I couldn’t do that. Not only was this incorrect (since I had placed two separate orders), but the tone came across as disrespectful and demeaning — both to me and to the employee who was just doing her job well.
To be clear, I’m still giving five stars because of the excellent service from the woman at the window. She deserves recognition. However, I truly hope management addresses the behavior of the other staff member, because no employee — or customer — should be treated that way.

Horrible act on our water supply!
These pictures should show it all. They didn’t dump the barrel of grease from their cooking into a designated grease / toxic waste receptacle. Nope! It was dumped down our own storm drains that flow to our very own Truckee River.
Reported to the environmental agencies for Washoe County, and nothing was done. I will never eat here again.

2 days in a row the zoomer staff have refused to do their job at the drive through window. Making excuses saying they are not open for another 2 hours despite signage saying otherwise and other guest occupying the lobby.

Just left this location and it was terrible service. First off it took 15 minutes for our order which was as very small for 2 people. It took quite a bit of time for anyone to even come to the counter to assist. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap and made it vegan with no cheese or sour cream. I get home and there are zero black beans and meat I paid $5-6 for this item and I can’t even eat it as I am A VEGAN. So incredibly disappointed. The lady even asked about if we wanted cheese how did she miss that I ordered the black bean crunch wrap with ZERO mention of meat. I didn’t even have to ask for no meat, it comes MEATLESS. This is the first time in probably 10 years that I’ve been to Taco Bell and clearly there was a reason. Thanks for ruining my day, wasting my time and money.

Decided to come to this location on my way out of town. Couldn’t regret it more. I was literally the only car in the drive through and still had to wait for almost 15 minutes being glared at by the guy at the window the whole time. Like a customers presence was iratating to him. I ordered a total of three items one of which being a Mexican pizza. You can see what I got in the picture here, not even sure what it’s supposed to be. I drove for almost 20 minutes before realizing what I got and had to turn around. When I walked in and showed them they offered to replace it but then made me the exact same thing all over again, twice! Making a total of three incorrect orders for one item. After seeing the way they were all looking at me I assumed they may just spit in it or something for being difficult so I got my money back and left. I love Taco Bell for a quick easy bite but I sincerely suggest staying away from this location. This is my second crappy experience here.
