Great Taco Bell. No issues except. YOU NEED SOMEONE TO BE CONSTANTLY CHECKING THOSE BATHROOMS. Great food, great employees, great customer service. But that bathroom is just disrespectful. The Manager knows what he is doing, that is the only thing that. Reds to be implemented and consistent.

Went here at night and drove by it since the light in the sign was out and the whole parking lot was dark. It’s taco bell. I don’t eat here often, but the last three times have all resulted in an incorrect order. Please, when I say ‘I’d like them supreme, please, not the regular ones’ it should be pretty clear that I’d like the Supreme ones. Especially after paying extra for them. Three times. If you’re actually reading the reviews for this place, let this one be the one to get you over to another restaurant.

Ordered my food in the drive-throu. Ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos and 2 ground beef original tacos but, received 2 bean burritos. And when I return to confront about the wrong order, they fought me on it and didn’t want ro correct the order. Only thing that has me coming back is that it’s on the way home from work when I don’t want McDonalds that’s across the street. And being honest, McDonalds has a more professional work crew and get more orders right by 95% than this taco bell any day.

Management is extremely unprofessional. Applied to work there, and got an interview. The manager (Daniela is her name) was about 30 minutes late to the interview that she set up with me. That was the first red flag. The interview went decent, and I got the job. She promised that I’d be working in two weeks (she gave me time to put in my two week notice with my current employer) so I quit my current job. 2 weeks later, I’m ready to begin working there, and Daniela ghosts me. I reached out to her multiple times via text, phone call, and even go to the physical location to try and get a hold of her. After over two months of being unemployed and trying to simply get a hold of Daniela to be put on the schedule, I’ve now lost hundreds of dollars trying to support myself with no income. If you’re thinking of applying here, don’t.

What’s going on Taco Bell! Y’all used to do really well with the food! Everything I order was SUPER soggy and all my hard shell tacos were broken! The chips taste stale and gross. So annoyed, the only reason I came was cuz sunvalley doesn’t have much to offer and I wasn’t trying to drive out of town. Also what makes you think I need two MASSIVE handfuls of taco sauce?
