Visited the Dayton NV Taco Bell, using the drive thru, was so awful! The employee taking orders and at the pick up window, had the worst attitude. She was very rude, like we were bugging her and she was disgusted with us as customers…. In 40 years, she was the worst employee we have ever experienced.

Slow. Dont expect your food quick. Not sure how this taco bell gets a passing score by corpate. Pretty much such they go over the 21 point infractions.

Okay, I go there at 833 AM. The staff is friendly and professional. The food looks like the menu and tastes good. The restaurant is clean. Dining in is allowed and social distancing is followed. They have the good drink machines! Remote ordering and payment kiosks are available. Everything was perfect.

Every time I go into this Taco Bell, the flooring is disgusting, you can see food particles and discoloration from a really dirty mop. There is water leaking from the drink station. The screens to order are sticky, the tables, chairs, etc. everything is sticky. The bathrooms are always out of stock of the needs. It’s always dirty, to the point to where you can’t use them. The outside always has trash and grease In the parking lot. The most annoying experience every time I go, the manager is more of a dictator, and always cussing at the other staff members. She does not get in and help when it’s needed and she does not take orders when a guest walks up. She waits till someone else is available to do it. (Always someone that is already doing something) this Taco Bell is disgusting in so many ways. Also… the consistent NOW HIRING!!! Signs, there is no point, I have had several teenagers apply and the staff never follow up or even make sure that the application is seen or communicated. Your not fully staffed because your failing at the hiring process for this location. When there is something that could be taken care, your staff is doing nothing! I worked in fast food for many years. Whoever is overseeing this Taco Bell, you are doing a terrible job!!! Dayton NV deserves better! I would have added photos but I had to stand to wait because it is so disgusting and full of foul language and I had my child with me. Next time I will.

We came to our local taco bell, to basically get some tortillas, and ice because that what it was. We ordered 2 bean and rice burritos and a cantina with nachos, but we’re we in for a SURPRISE!!! The 3 inch cantina burrito was the poorest excuse of a 8 dollar burrito. The “bean and rice” burritos were bean and cheese again mainly a tortilla, let’s not mention the soda, 4 dollars for a half full cup, and flat soda. The nachos looked like it was made from the bottom of the bag with crumb size chips. NEVER will we visit again, maybe instead of getting a new paint job, next time get some decent training, if you ever want to get a burrito here just go get tortillas and cheese and slap that together and imagine a burrito because that’s what you’ll get here.

Breakfast crunch wraps no crunch no tostada inside. Egg mushe hash browns mushe it was gross. Got to steak breakfast grande burritos mabe five or six little pieces of steak the hole burrito was a tube of pure mushe egg and mushe hash browns almost made me throw up. Pretty mad

Wow Is all I can say. I rarely give 1 star reviews all across the board. Worst customer service. When entered tge store there was no getting 1 r in drive through and no customers in the building. When I approached th counter to order, we waited a goo 10s mins to be greeted by a younger male , who told us if we wanted to order we had to use the kiosk, very Rudley might I add. We then advised the employees we were paying with cash and there kiosk did not accept cash. He smugly told us ” what kind of people don’t have a card, your going to wait for at last 15 to 20 minutes for me to take your order then. ” I would like to add again no one in building, 1 car in drive through. We were still nice to young kid even though he was rude but we were hungry. I used the restroom while we waited, well I walked into the restrooms,l it was destroyed, tiles missing. Toilet broken, toilet paper thrown all over the place. Looked like newer store to. Shame. When walked out of bathroom , I went back to the counter to tell kid I was leaving no need to interrupt his standing around, the younge kid then told us “omg your till here, thought i told you we wasn’t taking your order you have to use the kiosk.” We didn’t say anything just walked out amd went to Jack and the box .Whoever the GM is there should be fired right alongside the employee for even allowing store to look like that and employee to act like that. There no ? To why Taco Bell had 1 car in drive through and every other restaraunt in the shopping center was fill of customers. FULL.

Didn’t get any sauce food was missing from my order my fiesta potatoes had a hair in it and I spent 100 dollars and paid for door dash this is ridiculous and we call them and they told us to call door dash like they made the food
