The food, employees, and environment at this location (store 042) are top notch! The staff are always extremely friendly, prompt if any issues arise, and working dilgently to provide the customer with excellent food and drink, with a smile. I spend a few hundred dollars per month at this location for some departments at the hospital. The team members have a synergy about them and communite excellently verbally, and nonverbally. I have been to several locations and none of them compare to this one. I know anytime I go to this store I will be cared for in a professional and friendly manner. I look forward to see you all again. The food/smoothies are AMAZING, FRESH, and PERFECT, everytime! Keep up the good work! Until next time! ❤️✌️

Visited drive through on 05/05. Waited 17 mins from 9:40-9:57am. Finally I drove up to the window, and was told the power was out. The power being out is no biggie, and I understand that things happen that we cannot control. But all the employees were just sitting in there. You couldn’t have made a sign? Or sent someone out there to tell people the power was out? You just have cars waiting in line, and your employees are just sitting inside. To me that was rude.

Unfortunately, I was not able to try the food at this location. I went in, stood at the register for almost 10 minutes was never greeted even though three employees looked at me. Never said I’ll be with you. I was never even acknowledged. So after 10 minutes, I turned around and left. I will give my business to the Muskogee location who is always polite, prompt, and has delicious food

First time we’ve stopped at this location and it was fabulous. Definitely makes the top 2 or 3 locations we’ve tried. We will certainly be back here any time we’re close to Tahlequah!

Don’t try to use points you earn in the app here! I was supposed to have a free smoothie…and told the guy up front, as we were ordering. He just rang up our stuff & gave me a total. I said it hadn’t let me scan in… And he just continued to mess with it and still charged us for both smoothies. I got upset, went to the bathroom & let my husband deal with him… My opinion is, if you are going to be pushing an app, you should be well versed on it & if you aren’t smart enough to run the register, you shouldn’t be allowed to do it! However, after I left, my husband said he went & got someone else (apparently the shift supervisor) & she couldn’t figure out how to do anything either. This is unacceptable. You should never have a member of management, at ANY level, that can’t figure out how to cancel a transaction and restart it. Also, neither of these people spoke loud enough to be able to understand hardly anything they said & acted like we were inconveniencing them by coming in. Your front line people should never treat your customers like that.

This location is awesome! The staff is always kind and communicative. They make great food and smoothies and they do it pretty quick! I have visited as a guest and as a delivery person, and my experiences are the same, always good! There is always amazing options for smoothies and I have loved suggestions from the staff.

Smoothies are always great, but they pay more attention to the drive thru than actual physical customers coming in. Never look at you, don’t welcome you, don’t even attend to you standing at the register. Not a friendly indoor environment. No communication was the vibe there. Didn’t feel very inviting. Handed me my drink and said Here.

there are so many healthy treats to choose from here. The staff is top-notch & so friendly! Their service is very fast. I always order something weird, and they have never failed to get it correct! Thank you, Hudson and staff for the perfect smoothie! Everytime!

The Bahama Mama bowl is awesome. I just don’t care for Chia seeds but it is easy to have them removed. Coconut is a little dry so it is best mixed in and tastes great.
