Went through the drive through, the guy was rude just said “you can order” after sitting there for a few minutes. I got the box with four tacos and four beef 5 layered burritos but got soft tacos instead. The soft tacos were hard and the burritos were just thrown together. Not to mention the sign said 15.99 and they charged 16.99

Okay, I go there at 833 AM. The staff is friendly and professional. The food looks like the menu and tastes good. The restaurant is clean. Dining in is allowed and social distancing is followed. They have the good drink machines! Remote ordering and payment kiosks are available. Everything was perfect.

Usually this place is the best tacobell I’ve been too, but unfortunately today was a bust. My taco is literally a taco shell and lettuce. Did a blind person make my taco? No, I stand corrected I think they could make it better then this. How hard is to put meat lettuce and CHEESE on a taco? I literally had maybe 4 strand of cheese. Crazy rip off. ….oh yah my tacos were flat as a pancake as well.

If they get orders right it is good but they don’t always pay attention. I always say NO BEANS because I am very allergic. Thank God I pay attention to whether they listened or I could end up in the hospital. When calling in to complain I was told I shouldn’t expect much from the teens that work there.

Unfortunately, in the last year the quality of employees especially in the drive thru has diminished. Hope the owner reads the feedback, as my last 3 orders were wrong, the lack of any customer service skills in drive thru and natural negative attitude coming from employees says a lot. When folks seem angry, and attitudes are negative just to take order, don’t put those people in the window. Hope they improve, or we will be done at this location.

I gave them one star because there is nothing lower. I got here at 12 minutes til 2am and they ignored me until 2 and shut the lights off. As I’m writing this review the employee pulled up behind me in the drive thru and told me they were closed and literally said “GO HOME!” I couldn’t believe it! Only in Dayton NV.

The Taco Bell in Dayton NV is absolutely terrible! The beef looks like canned Dog/cat Food. Looks and tastes Horrible. The beans in the burrito look like they’re 2 weeks old, The cheesy gordita crunch was made with half the stuff it should have! What a WASTE of money, Avoid this place!

This is actually the best taco bell, Reno & Sparks should take note. At the Dayton location, they know how to fold the burritos so you don’t get all the ingredients on just one end. Great job. Keep up the great work. It’s great to see when others care about the customer experience.
