Multiple times I have found foreign substance inside my food. Pieces of plastic. It’s a choking Hazard. Once inside my dorito taco, there was a HARD piece of bone or plastic. It was small but enough to chip my tooth. Then today in my crunch wrap I almost choked on a huge piece of Saran Wrap or something. Whoever works here does not pay attention at all. And the woman that works there NEVER gives me my receipt.

Don’t ever expect your order to be right. You will be given wrong items, you will be missing items. For example if you order 3 Tacos Supreme with onions you’re going to get regular tacos non supreme with no onions. All of this while being charged the extra $3-4. If you get a large order for a family or a party, wrong orders are then compounded into a $20-40 meal that you didn’t even ask for. God help you if you don’t live nearby or are unable to return to correct the order. You’re better off going to another establishment or eating at home. And if you happen to return to correct this order you hopefully be given the correct order along with free $1 Cinnamon Twists for your loss. If I could give zero stars I would.

My coworker and I came here for dinner before our trip back to Lubbock. I ordered two crunchwraps with no sower cream that were so poorly made every couple of bites had different ingredients. One bite nothing but lettuce, another nothing but cheese. My coworkers chicken burritos were the same way. One half was just flattened tortilla, the other half only a few bits of chicken. Horrible, will never go back. Get better employees.

They hold the title for worst Taco Bell. 99% sure the staff are always high. They can’t remember you order even when you talk to them and after you’ve told them for the 5th time they still screw up the order.

I’m very Disappointed at what I had seen tonight at this location. On 1/14/19 5:30pm. I was in the drive thru. The lady at the window seemed a little on edge while taking my order. When I got to the window. She got rude to the person ordering behind me. She got really rude to me when I asked for my order repeated. So, I politely asked her name. Then, she stated would you like to speak to my manager with an attitude. So, I went around and went inside to proceed to speak to the manager. She was an older lady I didn’t catch her name. She walked up politely, but when I started to talk she cut me off. She said she was on the headset saying that. I told her that was no excuse. She stepped away and got rude with me then I decided to walk out. If this is how you choose your management and employees. I mean wow! I give you a standing ovation, brava! Neither of them knew what they were doing and as for the manager to cut me off. The customer is always right! How embarrassing. Learn to pick better staff!

The food is fine, but they close 30 minutes earlier than what says on their hours “so people won’t stay too long, so we can go home.” Food is okay, but the people there are not very considerate to their customers. Food sometimes takes a while, and sometimes your wonder why, but sometimes they are laughing and joking around in the back. Not very professional.

Ordered and payed for my food, had to pull up and park for them to bring my order out to me. Had 2 employees come out and ask me what I Ordered then had to go back through and order again, just glad I didn’t have to pay again.
