Order delivery, DoorDash, their option not mine. Ordered @5:00. Taco Bell app and the door dash tracking app said order was on the way @5:22. Driver texted me “Taco Bell is really slow” @5:22 and SAT in the Taco Bell parking lot (or their phone did) until 5:45 while the driver waited to get two orders instead of delivering mine right away (I live 10 minutes away, app said it would take 12 minutes) driver arrived @5:59. Amazingly 12 minutes after the drivers car/phone began moving. Terrible service. Cold food was not fit to eat. Most of it went straight to the trash. Thank God no one is sick today from what we did eat. Serious waste of $37.

Ordered four $5 boxes and cashier handed them out all separately. Had to ask for a bag to make carrying them easier. Not a big deal cause at least she gave us our drinks in a drink holder… Also asked for mild sauce and napkins got home and there was none at all. Opened my taco and it was a cracked mess, basically needed a fork to eat it because the shell was cracked and the bottom was so soggy it just fell apart. My daughter burritos supreme was also a soggy mess and we ate it as soon as we got home and I only live maybe 5 minutes from this location so that tells me the tacos and burritos had probably been sitting for a while and they decided we were going to be the lucky ones to get them

Was good, I mean taco bell is always good but not great , service was … interesting they were taking orders outside in the drive thru, and that wasn’t the issue, the issue was the person who was taking orders was too distracted and laughing about some other matter that had nothing to do with her or her job, ( some people across the parking lot) was very distracted , and had to call her quite a few times like she was in a trance.

Called the manager on shift to replace my order due to negligence on my specified order. I order a crunchwrap Supreme and asked for NO Tomatoes, NO lettuce, NO sour cream. Upon calling the manager was polite until I asked that my whole order be remade at a later date due to living an hour away. She refused and hung up. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to me either. It’s the third time IN A ROW. I will DEFINITELY NOT be stopping by this location ANYTIME in the near future. Please be warned that they don’t care about anything at this location. They’ll blatantly ignore special requests if it’s an inconvenience to them. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. Thanks for wasting my time for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW. Don’t waste your time at this location, it’s worth the 5-10 minutes to go to any other location in Farmington.

Always friendly and nice! The food is, well, it’s Taco Bell, my expectations are never high when eating fast food. But the staff are why I keep coming back. Also I come back all the time cuz their prices are exactly where I need them to be!
