Better than the average Taco Bell in Albuquerque. Pays attention to customizations on items in app orders. Like extra beans, cheese, onions, red sauce on a bean and cheese burrito. If you haven’t tried it, you should.

I would provide a zero rating if possible. My three young children and I visited to order dinner, but unfortunately, we did not receive a welcoming customer service experience. Instead, we experienced a 40-minute wait for our meal in the drive through mind you, were spoken to in a threatening and aggressive manner, and were ignored. Furthermore, neither employee washed their hands after scratching their faces, touching their hair, or handling money. Our orders were incorrect, and rather than receiving an apology, we were met with rudeness. This location has clearly declined in quality. I respectfully request that you address this situation. A health department inspection should be warranted to ensure compliance with proper hygiene practices. I encourage you to improve your services.Hire better people.

I live inn Estancia near Tajique. I have gotten in the habit to check my order any time I deal with Albuquerque fast food. This time I rounded up to help some college fund. I’m done. Ordered five tacos, of course opened bag while in m y vehicle. Got shorted one. I expected this to happen. What bugs is they can see me come back inside with bag in hand. I have to wait….and wait…and wait. Finally. Sorry. This place is no different. Always the same service. I will not longer be rounding up. Open wrappers and food falls everywhere. So sloppy. What should I expect. I’m unimportant and need to feel as I nobody. Yadav yada, expect not get not. Pay expensive prices expect the very little. Move on.

Living within New Mexico, Taco Bell is going to immediately become a fast food favorite (or any local restaurant showcasing southwestern flavor). When we consider fast food restaurants consumers want food that tastes good, is reasonably priced, is timely and consistent with national and locally advertised products and specials. If this is what you were looking for, then this is not the Taco Bell location for you.
I’ve been to this Taco Bell restaurant on numerous occasions throughout the years. Initially during Covid the service was great, the packaging and delivery would be considered white glove service (even for fast food terms). There was a short period when you could go to this restaurant and they adhered to covid-19 regulations as well as presented your food and in an outstanding manner. Everyone wore gloves and masks. Your bag would be sealed when you received it, and the items inside would be hot and tasty. Much more they handed you your food on a serving tray. A serving tray!
A sense of normalcy has become routine at this SE Central location. To be fair there is a shortage of individuals willing to work in fast food restaurants at this time. That being said, there are other fast food restaurants who are able to overcome this deficiency.
Unfortunately the service here is not always consistent. On numerous occasions I have gone to this restaurant and they are not selling National advertised products (Nacho Fries, Kickstart Mountain Dew beverages to make a few). As a matter of fact, they have been without Mountain Dew blast for an extended time lasting no more less than 10 months.
Now we all know that that fast food is not the best for a healthy routine diet. When we do decide to take the plunge we hope our sacrifice/commitment to our cause of a tasty meal was worth it.
There was a time when you would receive a cardboard supportive cradle for your Doritos Locos Tacos. The cradle allows the taco to stay whole and complete. Nobody likes cracked or broken taco! Now when you order Doritos Locos tacos at this location you do not get the cardboard supportive cradle. Little details like these are what bring customers back.
Over the past year this location consistently has issues with their ordering service, cash register and/or computer. These technical difficulties have forced their consumers to go to other locations. This is such a disappointment.
When thinking about the customer service, consistency and value/availability of products offered at this location, I am unable to give it the highest rating.

Less than $2.00 – where can you beat this value ? . . The staff here at the Central Ave. location near Tramway – are a cut above the expectations of fast food people. I get the Cheezy bean & rice burrito with a water. It’s healthy & filling. . . I recommend this place to everyone mostly because of their consistently courteous staff.
