My kids crave Taco Bell probably once a mo. But it’s more of chore to order from here, Over the last 2yrs every time & I mean EVERY time, our order is messed up,missing items or both. This visit, when I went to pick up my order I asked if they would make sure and check 3 of our b&r burritos to make sure they didn’t have any of those creamy sauces per my customization…they ended up remaking them and I appreciate that but when we got home and started eating the 2 crunch wraps that we had ordered were just lettuce, no meat. So they became trash.

this doesn’t look like it’s worth 10$ to me. and the cantina bowl i ordered didn’t come with the beans it was supposed to get so it ended up being much less food than i was anticipating for dinner. went to this location because it was my favorite one, but very out of the way, so going back for beans just isn’t an option

Service sucks. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito and I was met with a stupid dorito burrito??? Forgot my side of chips AND they love to not fill up the Baja blast freeze cups all the way and when you politely ask for them to fill them up, the man at the window will SNATCH the cup from you and tell you that it basically shrinks into the cup the longer it sits and that’s why there is so much space. Does he think I’m stupid??? He must think I’m stupid. I am not stupid Mr. Taco Bell Window Worker Man.

We usually go to this Taco Bell and it’s usually good. Today’s experience was very bad and it saddens me to see this location go downhill. We arrived to order the food to take out (we ordered inside) and as it has been typical of late, the people inside just ignore you forcing you to use one of their digital kiosks. I did so, and I ordered what we wanted, perhaps I forgot to get it to go, but it didn’t work well. The receipt I requested via text never got to me, and I usually like printer receipts to prove what I order, but whatever. We get our food and they didn’t include the drinks that were included and they didn’t give us our packets of sauce. When I stand there to ask them for it, they ignore me. I had to speak up to get their attention and they were very annoyed. Then the girl gives me the wrong sized cup and when I ask for the bigger one she said that I didn’t order it…. which I did, I had upgraded to large… for 10 cents more. I told her it was large and she rolled her eyes and gave me the other large cup. And all this not to mention that the place is a bit dirty. Someone from Taco Bell really needs to come in and clean this place up, and take a little pride in at least providing a normal service. No one is asking for Michelin Star restaurant service, we’re just asking for a bit of class and integrity.

Workers seem stressed, and not working together well. When I went to get my order, the person at the counter told me to wait as she packaged Cinnamon Twists. Two minutes later, someone else pulled up my online order, and presumably started making it then.
Below is the Burrito and Crunchwrap… Neither one a burrito or Crunchwrap shaped food item.
Edit: Noticed the Crunchwrap was missing ingredients, and asked what could be done. Manager was no-nonsense, and she scared me honestly. But the Crunchwrap she put together blows the other one out of the water.
I’m scared to come back but I like Taco Bell so probably will.

My wife and I went late at night after a night out and we were serviced by a gentleman named Montaleno. The most courteous fast food worker i have ever met. Very genuine with his interactions. I never leave reviews but I had to make an exception for this wonderful man.

Ive been coming to this taco bell for a long while and as of the past 2 weeks or month they hired new staff, definitely not “living mas” anymore. Major bummer, this use to be a good spot. The new hires here are horrible, i love taco bell but tbh I wont be coming here anymore. Im giving fredricos a try instead, hiring manager is doing a terrible job here.

I love taco bell. BUT this location is HORRIBLE. I placed my order online. I got to the restaurant at 1:28. The order was supposed to be ready by 1:22. I figured I’d give them a few extra minutes. They didn’t even START my order until I asked about it at 1:40. Then the guys says oooohhh we are working on it. The girl that was working with him was constantly on her phone instead of helping him. He had to tell her to “leave the phone and to change her gloves” he said ” we need to get these orders out then you can be on your phone. ” Before He told her to change her gloves she was touching her hair and scratching her scalp with gloves on and going back to touching the food. THAT IS NOT GOOD. They are lucky I didn’t have another client. I ORDERED ONLINE TO MAKE THINGS FASTER. I didn’t get my food until 1:45. In which I was asked if I got a drink. I said no at first thinking she meant did they hand it to me. When I asked again they handed me the wrong drink. They also did not read the modifications for the meal. I asked for no pico and I paid for only tomatoes that was not done until I asked. And it was done with an attitude. I will not be coming back to this location. They are not good. THIS WAS MY BURRITO! EEWWW
