The pizza comes hot and delicious! I appreciate the fresh, local ingredients. My long time favorite is the vegan destroyer but I have enjoyed every pizza I’ve tasted here. The atmosphere is fun and they have an area for kids. If you haven’t already, come try it out.

Pizza and Garlic bread were delicious. I ordered the supreme with meat on half. It was piping hot and good. Seasoned very well and cooked to the right temp. They also have vegetarian and vegan options which are wonderful as well. Great staff!

We chose Roman Candle to provide a whole lot of pizza for 70 guests at our housewarming party. It was a great experience, top to bottom. What really stood out was the thoughtfulness and demeanor of staff – they were so helpful, very giving of their time and courteous, not to mention just really nice people. I honestly didn’t expect that, and it made my experience of organizing food for tons of people so much nicer – any stress I was feeling disappeared after my first conversation with the restaurant. The pizza was delicious, the gluten free pizza was some of the best we’ve had in town, and they provided us with plates, napkins and forks even though this order didn’t go through their catering department. I’ve organized a lot of events with a lot of restaurants and caterers, and Roman Candle’s teenage to early 20’s staff managed to be some of the biggest pros I’ve ever worked with. Hats off to whoever is training staff, and thanks to all for a fantastic experience. You guys are great and we’ll be back!

I love pizza & this is the best in MKE! I have special dietary needs and Roman Candle takes care of me – I’ve eaten dozens of their pizzas and have never had a reaction, and that’s saying something! Wonderful specials, friendly staff. Also, good ice-cream for my kiddos.

Really good pizza pie. This is a pretty thin-crust place, but not super thin. The specialty pizzas are really something different, especially The Professional which blends pesto and alfredo sauce for something really unique. And their salads are really good and fresh, not just an afterthought.

Way too expensive for what you get. Everything is extra, EVEN CHEESE on the pizza. I understand charging a little more for “premium” toppings, but regular cheese?? Pizza turned out good, but not $18 for 6 small, thin crust slices of pepperoni good. Garlic cheesy bread was $4 and was essentially one ciabatta roll cut into four pieces with cheese on top and lacking in garlic flavor. Will not be returning.

Pizza was good, but out of town ownership ignored our complaints about some service issues. We ended up paying nearly $13 more than the original phone estimate, and the pizza was not supposed to be sliced. Managers have no authority to do anything for us. As first time customers, we do not plan to go back.
