I came to the drive-through February 14. Ordered the new taco salad. They have on special when I got home. The taco salad did not have the meat. I called and spoke with the manager and he told me he would replaced it. The next time I came in. I come in today order the same thing there’s no meat on it The girl at the window. I tell her there’s no meat on there. She’s arguing with me. It’s on the bottom I take the taco salad out of the bag. She sees it fall down, shut the window and comes back with a side of taco meat. Terrible customer service employees don’t know the menu. I will not be back to this Taco Bell, which sucks because this is our closest location to our new home.

While service was quick, the food was terribly made. With most fast food places I like to keep my expectations within reason but this was just a horrible batch of food. Everything was lukewarm and soggy as if it had been sitting out. The nacho fries were cold, flimsy, and even hard in certain spots. The Crunch wrap was an absolute wet mess. Safe to my trash can is well fed. Very disappointing to say the least.

I have been to this location a handful of times over the past couple years and have had nothing but great food and service. Even just yesterday, I came in asking for a larger order (over 100 items) to be completed a couple hours out. The staff happily took the order, completed everything correctly on time, and gladly helped me load it in my car. Additionally, the place is always clean and the employees are always kind and helpful.

Don’t even bother coming here after the lobby closes unless you want to be trapped in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. Slowest service I’ve had in a while. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered two beefy five layer burritos with no beans. They gave me two bean burritos. And they even added that I didn’t want onions. I literally couldn’t have said no onions because I never asked for bean burritos. Completely not listening to their customers

Taco Bell on Yuma and Cotton lane 11:30 shift has raised the bar. Food was made perfect and assembled with style and care. 1st time in 47 years my chips made it home in the pouch and not mixed with sauce. Well done! Your pride in the work shows and is appreciated

I’m not sure what happened to Taco Bell, but this tasted like dog food truly. Service was good, but little meat and what was left was similar to canned dog food. Sad.
