As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered a #1 combo with no cheese with bacon and extra lettuce and tomatoes. Well they messed my order up. I had cheese, NO BACON (THAT I PAID $1.70) and No extra lettuce and tomatoes that I also paid $.50 for. When I get to window to pay the young lady, she gives me a small cup of soda. I said that was supposed to be large. She then pops off with an attitude, like I didn’t tell them through the speaker I wanted it with no cheese, add bacon and extra lettuce and tomatoes and make it large. So the whole while why waiting I can see she had an attitude, she didn’t won’t to give me my large fry or drink. Then I ask for ketchup she only gives me 3 packs. This is the worst. If you have an attitude then this is not the job for you. Not a happy customer here. Drove 30 minutes out my way for this non-sense and attitude. Money wasted. Never again !!!!!!!!

Checkers burgers are very good as are the lemon pepper wings which surprised all of us! The chicken tenders abit bland but tender. Very good fast food and service was excellent! The mango slush was too sweet, fries greasy. Minus one star.

A bit confusing if you aren’t used to 1970-1980s kind of building setups.
I ordered the Loaded Fries and Asked “Is there meat in with them?” The guy shook his head as in “No” so I bought them and the second I opened them up, there was meat. Guy had to lie to get that money. I enjoyed the fries with cheese though, they were good but I got a headache because of the meat.
I’d recommend this place if the employees didn’t have to lie about their menu’s food additions.

I am so upset! Not only does my entire family works for checkers, l know for a fact that my food was horrible‼️ I live near n Evan’s so I went to Bobby Jones to try the new grilled chicken meal. I’ve never in my entire life had a sandwich so dry. The chicken didn’t even look like a grilled chicken at all! . It was hard, cold, and dry. I tried calling 762 store number 5 times before I even decided to make the review. I’m so upset! It appeared to be an old sandwich under the heat because why was that crispy onions so smushed and soggy from the condiments? Dissatisfied!

I have not been to Checkers in years. I needed a little food in my system from a late night out. I was met by the Manager with eager and authentic service. She was very friendly and helpful. A rough night weighed on me and just the littlest experience from her made my night a little better. She went above and beyond to meet my needs scavenging for something while being occupied wildly by other store needs. But when she spoke to me it felt as though them needs weren’t important enough than any customer and it was very much appreciated.

Standard checkers fare. Nothing delicious, but it’s food. This location doesn’t do the deals corporate promotes in ads, and doesn’t even honor the deals on their own sign. They’ve had a 2/$4 spicy chicken sandwich sign up forever, but don’t order it unless you want to spend $6. The AI drive-thru is garbage.

There’s never consistency whenever visiting. I took a chance tonight because of my craving for a good fish sandwich and it definitely caught me by surprise. Von & Shep made our order fresh. Von was very nice and made sure everything was correct and met all expectations, even though it doesn’t seem like much but hands down they are the only two who should be running Checkers. Kudos to them both and thank you both for our fresh and tasty food.

Terrible please do not come here, workers are so rude for no reason. Super slow to get my order out. I got a chicken fries box and everything was soggy people were fighting with eachother in the back overall just a disgusting place, needs to close or get new workers. very unsanitary no one was wearing hair nets or hats or any type of uniform whatsoever.
