food is delicious, whoever put my taco in the bag upside down deserves a raise the one thing I’m looking forward to when I go through the drive-through at Taco Bell is an upside down taco that is now all over the bag and the rest of my food. The new girl who works the late night drive thru is extremely impatient and rude. After I told her half of my order I said I needed a second for the rest because they were out of what I wanted. After exactly 15 seconds she asked “do you want any hot sauce” which I told her I was still ordering and needed a second, she then asked if I wanted to circle around and go to the back of the line. I don’t really understand what her mental issue is about having to wait 30 seconds for someone to order, but she could stand to learn some patience. None of the other employees here have ever rushed me or told me to go to the back of the line. Which is weird because all the employees that have worked here are always nice. I guess they’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel of applications now. A real shame.

I ordered two chicken chalupas and they gave me this one like this with literally two pieces of chicken, the rest is just sauce. I was kind, respectful, and even donated to their college fund. When I brought it back in they were dismissive and quite rude, I didn’t even want the food anymore just a refund. I work in food service too so i know how customers can be, but treating respectful, paying customers like that is beyond me. If I had to describe this Taco Bell in particular, I’d say it’s very low vibrational. Go to the salsitas next door for sure.

Ordered a chicken cantina quesadilla and got a regular quesadilla with hardly anything in it. Also, I was the only car in line and they asked me to pull away and go back through the drive through and come to the window, which I could understand if someone was behind me. We come here about twice a week and usually it’s pretty good. Tonight’s service and food quality was pretty bad.

Do not DoorDash from this Taco Bell! I have friends over tonight and we ordered a bunch of food. We ordered probably 45 mins before they closed, and every single item in the order was messed up.
Taco Supreme Party Pack: we ordered 12 soft (beef) tacos supreme. We received 6 crunchy chicken tacos, 5 soft chicken tacos, and one regular taco without sour cream. All 12 were incorrect.
Double stacked taco: this one arrived with one singular piece of.. steak-ish beef? Burned chicken? And not the regular seasoned ground beef. It was inedible.
Crunchwrap: I ordered without sour cream and it came with sour cream. It also should have had beef and came with no meat at all. Also inedible.
The entire order was cold upon arrival, and all 14 items were wrong. By the time the order arrived, Taco Bell was closed so we couldn’t even reorder. It was the worst food I’ve ever had from Taco Bell, and that’s saying something.
It was very clear that the employees were lazy and filled our order with whatever ingredients they had left on hand for the day. Disgusting.

I came here 12/12/25 around 10:30pm and I realized when I got home that they gave me the wrong order. I went back and the young mexican girl had the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. The little white manager girl was also rude. It’s such a shame because I’ve met the general manager here and he’s very nice but the other workers have such a horrible attitude. They said to wait in the parking lot so they could remake the food and they never brought it out. Waste of time and money.

Asst manager or opening guy was very snappy and rude. Spoke to me with a derogatory attitude. He was trying to rush me like my life depended on it. I stayed calm. Was surprised. Then as he walked away to finish his prep worked I ad a customer slowed him down from, turned and his eyes a fixed on me as if I should feel intimidated or scared. Bazxar to say the least.

What does it take to get nacho cheese on your nachos? I even ordered extra nachos cheese but got a few drips on a few chips. Thank goodness because there were no napkins in the bag if I had gotten any non existent nacho cheese on my fingers but I ended up throwing half of it away because there was nothing on the chips to eat with them. And why ask me when taking my order what kind of hot mild or fire sauce I want to go with my chips, because they weren’t nachos, if you are not going to put any in the bag anyways?! Starving college students should have to pay and eat off of what they are seving to others that have been cut off of food stamps and maybe the will understand that the struggle is real and I chose to visit your establishment and got robbed twice.
Ps, I used del taco hot sauce that they actually gave me for my mostly plain chips and thats where I will go net time. The gas is worth my families happiness and full belly

Very negative experience today. Lady at the pay window doesn’t look happy working there. No greeting or acknowledgement of customers. I get better service at McDonald’s. They gave me the wrong food (inside the box) and ruined my lunch.
