It’s Krystals, everything you know you will regret, but now at higher prices. Yeah yeah but hear me out. I’d understand the higher prices, if they at least made a 20% attempt at trying to serve to some kind of standard. I’m not going to blast them on here about how bad they are at all metrics, just go in yourself and look. Any person who cared in the least about their job, or what they are eating, would see 20 things that can be improved with just a modest effort. Don’t charge me more, and then give me less, and not expect to get called out.

Food was fresh and hot. The cheese Krystal’s are fantastic. I ordered online and they have options. I wanted to add extra mustard and pickles to the Krystal’s but they didn’t give me the option. But the service, the food was great. Very flavorful.
So my family wanted to try the new items. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the sausage cheese egg waffle. While they had a good taste, and they were soft. However, we found them to be dry. We also tried the bbq biscuits and gravy. No!!!! A bad combination of ingredients. No one in my family could eat it. Unfortunately we had to throw it away. The creamy milky gravy with a tangy bbq sauce was the wrong ingredients for us.

Me and my dad just stopped in here after going to his doctor’s appointment, he absolutely loves Krystal’s so were glad one was around. just went through the drive-thru, so nothing to eventful happened.. food was good as it normally is from krystals, got our food pretty fast.. so nothing to complain about, we will be visiting again if we’re in the area!

I went to Krystal’s yesterday 2/8/2026 at 4:20 pm. When I tried to order the lady said it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait because of a big order. I know it was Superbowl Sunday but to turn customers away is crazy. Never again

This place sucks ! I wont be back . The emplyess that were there made it that way too. Horrible service Horrible food. They should get rid of every single one of the ones that worked that night. We had to wait for them to get done talking in the back area the first ten minutes we got there before we could even order our food. What a joke if i ever go back it wont be no time soon

I really wish they’d bring there wings back from the early 2000s those were amazing. But I also wanted to add to my review I had a wing that was straight breading and bones. But besides that I still love the wings! And the lady at window was kind of rude. (Old Review) I only get the wings, but I absolutely love them. Perfect amount of seasoning and spice!!! Service is nice but they take forever. I’m always having to be in line for 20 plus minutes if there are more than one car in line.

Went for the first time. Lady at the drive thru seemed to be having a bad day which isnt her fault. But the food was bad. Fries tasted freezer burnt.
The burgers were so full of grease the cardboard holders were soaked and the top and bottom buns were mushed.

I was greeted when I walked in. Complemented, which was very sweet. The order was taken and the order was ready before I returned from the restroom. Spicy chicks were good, forgot to ask for ranch. The chili cheese fries were different, but still good.
