Juliana mason alex and Eduardo and the rest of the team in my experience tonight were awesome. I did a walk in tonight cause the drive thru line was a bit long. Unfortunately there were some disgruntled return guests that started being smirk and rude to the employees. I personally feel it was uncalled for behavior. Sometimes stuff happens with larger orders in a fast food place however being kind and cordial as a guest even if it’s Taco Bell or five star dinning, treat others as you wanna be treated. I saw the Taco Bell team on the clock tonight do exceptional service and care for some jerky guests. They were awesome and kind. .a few times I have had issues here before in the last few years but every time an issue I have called and they have been very professional and made it right. There is nothing easy about guest services and your leadership should know you guys did an awesome job at dealing with the complicated guests and by the way my order was perfect. Thanks guys!

Taco Bell is right down the street from me and I visit quite often, this last trip was very disappointing, I ordered a Mexican pizza without tomatoes and to add nacho cheese. What I got was a gloppy looking mess, This is not the 1st time that that has happened, I worked for Taco Bell for quite a few years, And if we had turned out something like this we would have been in trouble. The sad part is that it seems like nowadays a lot of people could care less what they hand out as long as they get paid, they take no pride in their job, and that is sad, because if they have no pride in what they are doing, they rarely do it right.

Pretty happy about ther service here. The line gets long and it takes a bit sometimes but overall the food is always good and they have only missed an item once or twice. I always check before I leave and always they are happy to fix with no questions.

Needed a quick meal at lunch time and this new location is nice and clean. They also have self ordering screens although I’d move one of them to face you right when you walk in so the line of those wanting to order the normal way don’t run into each other. Super Busy, so a bit of a drive thru wait. And no ice tea…lots of other ‘new style’ drinks, but to not have a basic was a bummer for me. Food was what I expect from the Bell. No worries there. Guy at window was very friendly.
