I have visited this Subway the last 4 weeks & haven’t gotten a sandwich yet! Why you may wonder they are NEVER open!! It also has not been the same time each visit. There is chairs blocking entrance hand written note CLOSED. This is a truck stop not only am I upset with this Subway but overheard a truck driver complaining last night as well. He said if he could have kept driving if he had known Subway was closed. For gosh sakes this Pilot has parking for the Truckers atleast have the place open that they can eat while parked for 10 hours or longer. Now back to complaining the times I have stopped going inside to only see the chairs with CLOSED tape to them is a Pilot employee who is always chowing down on a Sub where all that walk up can clearly see him. I guess this SUBWAY would be a great place to actually just close down & get something to actually serve the thousands of people & truckers that stop at Pilot each day. Think of the THOUSANDS of $ they lose each day by keeping it CLOSED.

Employee Didn’t know how to make the monster sub that is on the menu. They didn’t have enough prep. They also put bacon on my sub with out toasting it. Poor service

Well i worked here. They went thru 5 store managers thru this past 2 years. My job description was to be a sandwich artist and that’s what I was giving, a great service to the customers especially the truckers wrapping the foot longs separate. I use to make $200 or more and some days less it depends. I work two different shifts in here 11pm-6am and 3pm-11pm closing bc is not 24 hours since COVID hit. Now the have door dash too. And the same way they went through all the managers the numbers in employees is probably a 3 digit number thru the past 2 years. And I can only speak for myself. I did like it when I worked there it was awesome even tho sometimes we had the moody customers as well. Or having a bad and you ain’t taking it on no one bc is not one fault. But yeah I don’t work there no more. Good luck to the employees and the customers that go there.

Stopped here about 6 am on a Saturday. Signs on 81 have this subway advertised as 24 hours which I’ve never seen, I guess I just live a sheltered life. I had my doubts and sure enough I got in and didn’t see anyone at the counter. I was frustrated at first, then noticed they had a “ring bell for service” sign. Rang that ol’ bell and they came right out, it’s an absurd thought that there would be someone on the sandwich line 24 hrs a day as soon as you walk in.

Stopped here around 11am on Sunday, June 26th. When we arrived there were two Boy Scout troops there. The young man behind the counter was crazy busy. There were many boys in line for subs plus a few other customers. He was very nice to the crazy little guys, he was putting subs together very quickly. Don’t know how he didn’t get stressed. Please let him know his kindness and willingness to serve his customers quickly was noticed and appreciated!

Says they close at 11. I’ve showed up at around 330pm going to work and three out of four times they have been closed. Waste of my time going here. So I’ve been going somewhere else. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
