A new location just opened. Right across the street from the previous taco bell which burned down. You can see it in the drive thru picture across the stree. This location had new everything. Drive thru was rather slow. You could see our order was way into the red. Especially not seeing anyone waiting as well. Food had the same taco bell flavor. Temp was fine. Inside was clean. Parking lot is small to medium.

This is the first taco bell I have been to where I was served cold food and the employees argued with me for quite some time saying it was supposed to be cold because it comes frozen and that you have to wait for it to finish cooking on the inside but the outside of the cinnamon balls was also cold after explaining everything to them several times they asked me what I wanted them to do….. I told them I just wanted my food cooked fully and they remade the order. Besides that the location was nice and so was the inside of the restaurant it was very quiet and clean not busy at all surprisingly, considering the time and location everything else in the area seemed very busy, it must be like that all the time I’m guessing since they only had 2 employees working.

The window service is always very pleasant.
I will share that the party pack of crunchy tacos sometimes have very little to meat. Little to no hot sauce packets without napkins.
Ordered the Refrescas. Very small medium was $3.99 and the mango peach and strawberry passion fruit had a medicine tast to them. They are gross.

This Taco Bell has wonderful staff and the restaurant is very clean as well as the restroom. I would recommend this taco bell than any other in this area of #Phoenix

The food and service is pretty good in the evening. Don’t have anything bad to say about em other then sometimes during the day you’ll go and order food and it will come out really small. Like less then what is supposed to come with whatever you bought. Other then that good food and its almost always come

The food is good. It was hot, so I could tell that it was prepared fresh for me. The cashiers are nice. The only problem was that the drive-through line took forever. I ordered ahead and selected the option for drive-through pickup, but the line took at least 10 minutes to get through. That isn’t really, “fast,” food, in my opinion. I’ll still go there again, but I’ll plan my trips to take longer.
