I think this spot has the potential to be great if they made a few little changes. We came in on a Sunday afternoon, which isn’t their peak time, but the service wasn’t that great. It took a long time for our food to come out, and the portions and dish composition was questionable. In addition, the waiter regularly forgot requests for things like silverware, napkins, and sauces that were missing. I was really excited about getting their “Big Back Nachos” but they were in fact not big. They had barely any cheese so most of the chips didn’t have toppings stay on them. They were also supposed to come with sour cream on top but they didn’t. The wings we got were delicious though. This restaurant adds an automatic 20% service charge for all tabs over $5, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, with the exception that the lackluster experience didn’t warrant a 20% addition to the bill. Overall, I think this spot might be better for those who are looking for drinks and coming for the night time scene.

THIS EXPERIENCE OCCURED SEPTEMBER 26,2025 @9PM— FOR REFERENCE.!!! Smallest wings you’ll ever see!?!?— took a total of 2+HOURS(thank you Life360) to even get your food out and the place was pretty empty besides two other small parties, that also seemed to be having a bad time…(we only ordered wings and fried pickles!) AND THE PICKLES WERE SOGGY, BUNCHED UP IN BALLS, AND SWEET!? Who the hell uses SWEET pickles for a fried pickle dish AND DOESNT SPECIFY ON THE MENU THAT THEY ARE SWEET!? Disgusting. The staff is rude and can be seen rolling their eyes at other customers, and don’t ever check on you but can be seen laughing and packing into the kitchen playing around on their phones. One of the servers or staff literally VAPED over my shoulder and onto my food… not once, but TWICE…don’t waste your money or your TIME here. Thought this would be a fun “after hours” joint, but was left hugely disappointed . The food is gross and the presentation of your food raw dogging a metal saucer is laughable…can we at least get some parchment paper?…You want good wings? Just go to Wings Mania down the road. Or even Atlanta’s Best Wings… cause honestly, whatever baby chicken NiteOwl got their hands on is owed an apology!… (but seriously don’t waste your time or money here… I forever regret ever coming here and wasting my time… so much so that months later I was haunted by the memory and decided to make this review[nov. 4,2025]!! ) **my pinky finger is for size reference !!**

So let me start with the positive…I thought that the food was pretty good. We got the burger/wings combo, oysters, and the birria tacos. Our servers (Kayla and trainee Nigel) were very sweet. And the environment is a vibe…
Now for the bad…the actual service was lacking. We were the only table on the restaurant side (there’s a nightclub as well) and it took almost 30 minutes for us to put our order in and it seems like our drinks took forever to come (which likely caused the delay in us putting in our order). We really wanted to come and support this black business and we will likely come back to give it a second chance, but we certainly didn’t leave thinking that we had a stellar experience. Our feedback would be to make sure you’re giving equal focus to your restaurant side patrons (esp if they’re the only ones there). We gotta do better as black businesses to make sure our experience warrants the auto 20% gratuity bc this particular experience certainly did not…

Came on a Monday night for our first visit. Spot is really cute. We were greeted at the door by Max, who was amazing. He took care of us during our visit with a great smile and even greater rapport.
You cannot beat the specials; I had yummy chicken fried rice (recommendation by Max) and my friend the Vegan AF pizza.
I also enjoyed a nice pour of Pinot Grigio.
While the wait for our grub was a bit long, we were fine taking the time to catch up. Max checked up on us and it was a wonderful visit.

My partner and I decided on a spontaneous date night and chose Nite Owl since it was close to my job—and I’m so glad we did. The atmosphere felt so welcoming and community-oriented. Madison was our server, and I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of her. She was attentive, warm, and made us feel truly cared for.

Perhaps we picked the wrong day. The pizza had so much cheese that it was inedible. The charred Brussel sprouts were raw with sauces on them. It’s hard to mess up wings but they did. The waitress was kind. The cook must have been on break because it seems like that was the dishwasher that was preparing out food. The salmon bites were tasty. $80 later we didn’t take any to-go boxes.
