I walked into this Taco Bell in the morning for a simple coffee and a breakfast Crunchwrap. The place was completely empty, which should’ve been my first clue.
We were stared at like we had just landed from another planet. Very welcoming. When I finally got my coffee, it was cold. Not “lukewarm” — cold. I asked for a hot coffee instead and a little more cream. Apparently that was a big request, because I received about one dramatic drop of cream in a very large cup.
If this is the new “iced by surprise” coffee experience, please warn people. I came in for breakfast, not attitude, cold coffee, and a side of awkward looks.
Next time I’ll save myself the trouble and make my own coffee at home — at least I know it’ll be hot and friendly ☕

I’ve been a Taco Bell connoisseur for many years. I’ve made friends with staff at locations across 3 different states and at least half a dozen in Utah since I’ve been here.
This store is absolutely the best that I’ve been to! The quality of food is always great and the team members are awesome! They take care of me and my family and I never have to worry about having poor service or bad food.
I could call out nearly every person there by name, but let me just say, they are ALL great! If you’re craving some TB and want to make sure your experience is top quality…. Welcome to the best Taco Bell around!!

I go to Taco Bell all the time and this is routinely the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I keep trying it because of the convenient location and I keep being disappointed. My grilled cheese burritos have been poked all over, spilling their contents everywhere. I’ve had the same burritos with just a bunch of shredded cheese on top, not even grilled. I get stale or uncooked rice half of the time. This time today I had stale rice and the cheese that goes on top was on the side instead. The location on Center St is way better.

Ordered through the app for delivery and it was never delivered by DoorDash. Annette the general manager was pretty rude over the phone, yelling at me. I ended up coming to pick it up and getting it remade after almost 2 hours.
Jaden and Carlos had amazing customer service though and got it remade for us. I feel bad for them, having to deal with a manager like that. She didn’t even come to the front to save face. She hid in the back in her office the entire time I was there. From somebody that works in food, and understands the frustration from DoorDash this was just unacceptable behavior.

I come to this location a bit too often tbh. But today it finally happened! After like 100 orders here, they finally made a mistake. They forgot some chips and cheese took it back, Sherry and Mike were super helpful in fixing my missing item. But think about it! I’ve come to this location hundreds of times, it took them over 100 tries to mess up. Complete perfection 99.99999% of the time, and quick to resolve the .000001% of issues. This is an elite Taco Bell location!
