Waited 20 mins past the time on my app said when my order would be ready. An elderly, very nice, employee realized how long I was standing waiting for my food and provided me with a coupon for a free Taco during my next visit. Appeared they were serving drive-thru customers before any dining room customers. A person a head of me was at the counter stating they had been waiting 20 mins for their food and wanted to k ow where it wad.

No receipt, and the lady making food kept telling the guy taking the order wrong information. Then we ordered a hash brown for our burrito and while it should be common sense, we had to do their job when they said they couldn’t enter it in that way. We told them just to charge it separately and put it on the burrito, she still just put it on the side anyway… then I paid for extra potatoes on my burrito and got a skinny… does that look like extra potato to you? What an awful staff!
