Didn’t heed the warnings others reviewer left, didnt check my order, missing crispy tacos, opened my burrito to see it was ripped up and just a mess, did not eat, my taco was super thin and my cantina bowl was ok after i removed what was edible, but the black beans looked like a dog got parvo on my food. Just not impressed after not going to this place in a long time, and to see it still cant get their people to pay attention to details.

I ordered food at about noon today. There was a young lady that took my order who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered the $9 box. I understand this may be a busy time, but she rushly handed me the box the food came in. I asked her for a bag to accommodate the napkins, utensils, and sauce packets I originally asked for. She took the box back and began to throw my food around in the bag. She waited to give me my food and for about two minutes I sat and watched her throw my food around in the bag, against the counter, while she walked around and handled other duties. She proceeded to hand me the bag and sarcastically said, “Jesus loves you.” Not sure what the deal was with that saying, but I didn’t like my food being tossed around and handled recklessly. I should be given a bag if I originally asked for sauce packets and napkins with utensils. I just wanted as professional environment where is could get my food. Not inconvenience.

I unfortunately have not had the best experience at the sterling Taco Bell. I’ve been there twice and both times order is incorrect. Missing items to be specific. On a 30 minute lunch I do not have time to go back and get the items I’m missing. The employees are very nice every time I go but accuracy is key.

This might be the worst Taco Bell I have ever had. The prices are insane and although I’ve noticed shrinkflation at other fast food restaurants lately this is bordering on a complete scam.

They usually get my order incorrect although in the app, they fix issues fast! TB is not healthy food but they have a good variety. I do like their digital ordering, even in person. This particular place has a huge employee turnover.

BREAKING NEWS: Taco Bell has officially launched their newest menu item —
The Vegetarian Hard Shell Taco.

Apparently it comes with:

A tortilla

Some lettuce

Maybe a shred of cheese

And absolutely NO MEAT, just like the one they served me.

I opened my taco and thought, “Oh cool, did I accidentally order the Air Combo?”
Because there was more meat in the advertisement photo than in my entire order.

At this point, Taco Bell isn’t even serving tacos anymore.
They’re serving suggestions.

No one even spoke to me when I entered to pick up our order. Waited 20 minutes to get my order and watched countless drivethru orders b processed before mine and it was a carry out we ordered ahead. The entire order was lux boxes and it all came in 1 big bag instead of the boxes like advertised.

an hour for some nacho fries and 2 TINY dipping burritos? this place atta be shut down again, no one knows what they’re doing here anymore. on numerous occasions i’ve gone in at night and the workers are talking about “people know they can make food at home right?” or “i just want to go home i don’t know why people eat here”. the workers know they don’t gotta work there right? place is a BUST. go to baja instead.

We went to the location on December 17, 2025. We paid our bill of $35.92 and left as we used the drive thru. When my card was checked the next day we had been charged $43.10. So either they are to incompetent to close out a ticket or they deliberately added more on for us to pay. When I called about the overcharged amount, the manager said we had to go back to the store. We live in Nebraska. We were only in colorado for my eye surgery. I contacted corporate and they did nothing.

Writing this as I am sitting here waiting for food I ordered a full 30 minutes ago now. Multiple other people leaving in disappointment after waiting to eat in only to find they have no forks to eat the food they also waited a half hour for. Meanwhile the staff are joking around and talking to friends at the counter. Not sure what changed but this is the single worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
