The teriyaki was OK, but it was brought so close that it splashed on my face, hand, and new vest. Future diners — hold up a big napkin when it arrives, or stand up and away from the dish for 30 seconds. And you need to act quick before they drop the dish in front you!

Been here a few times. Food is ok, definitely not bad. Their main pull is the view, they have a prime spot right on the lake which is probably the main reason most people come here. The service though….yikes! It’s literally non existent, you may as well just order take out and have it delivered to your table. They take your order, drop off food, bring your check. That is it. No checking in, no offer of another drink. Nope. As soon as you look done, out comes boxes and your check. I always tip 20%+ but these people need to up their game to a basic level of service.

Expected it to be pretty good, considering the reviews, but was extremely disappointed. The server was a bit rude and didn’t know anything about the menu. The ingredients were all extremely cheap and tasted frozen. Everything was very bland. The yakisoba noodles were clearly instant ramen, and the scallion pancake has maybe half a piece of green onion. It was kind of like Chinese people guessing what Japanese food tastes like. Don’t waste your money here.

This is a great spot for Asian cuisine. We have gone before, during and after Covid and they continue to be the best in the area. Their hibachi is very good and they will not make you sit there for outrageous amounts of time just to fill a grill like others do (!). Chefs are fun and service is quite good. Their sushi was rated top notch as well though we haven’t tried it yet.

I’ve been here many times with my family. Brought both my babies with me had no issues. The atmosphere is good, lots of seating and staff is accommodating. I recommend the sushi its good.

Disappointing Experience
I visited this restaurant hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately found several aspects concerning regarding professional standards.
The most notable issue was the staff’s appearance and presentation. The dress code appeared inconsistent with what I’d expect from a dining establishment – several employees were wearing very casual attire that seemed inappropriate for a restaurant setting. Additionally, one server had visible hickeys on their neck that detracted from the professional atmosphere.
While the food quality was acceptable, the overall experience was impacted by these presentation issues. Professional appearance and maintaining appropriate standards are important elements of the dining experience that contribute to customer comfort and confidence in the establishment.
I hope management will consider reviewing their employee appearance guidelines to create a more professional environment for diners.
Would not recommend based on this visit, though the establishment may improve with better attention to professional standards.

Terrible!
I was there for my grandson‘s birthday, and the place was unbelievably noisy.
The chef was banging on the table As part of his performanceand allowing all the children to do the same thing,
It Continued at each table! Extremely annoying!
The bathroom was filled with toilet tissues on the floor and everywhere I stepped. I felt like I was sticking to the floor.

My experience was horrible, been going to this place for quite some time, but will never be coming, me and a friend went here for dinner we order our usual meals that we always get, but when it came time to pay the bill we were in shock being that the prices on the bill were not accurate to the prices on the menu, and when we ask the manager for an explanation of the price difference we were told that there was nothing they could do, in the end we were charged around $20 more than the bill should have costed, please never come her this place is a racket that is ran by con artists.
