I wandered into this Taco Bell restaurant around 10:30 AM not knowing what to order as it’s been years since I have eaten at a Taco Bell.
Focusing on the overhead menu, I didn’t even notice that they had order kiosks. I was the only customer and the lovely employee took my order at the cash register counter.
I ordered a Breakfast Crunch Wrap with Bacon, a Hash Brown and a cup of hot Cinnabon Delight Coffee. My order was ready in about a minute and the counter employee was friendly.
I ate my meal in the restaurant – I was the only customer eating in. My food was fine. The place is very clean.
The atmosphere was improved by the notes of Latin/Spanish music drifting out of the kitchen. Very nice!
Although I forgot to take photos of my meal, I did snap a few shots of the interior of the restaurant.
I probably won’t make a habit of eating at Taco Bell frequently, but this experience was fine.

Absolutely phenomenal service and food. I went went a little late than I normally do but I’m super glad I did. I go to Taco Bell quite often. And let me say my food tonight was amazing. I ordered on the app around 10:00 p.m. And I got a taco, some nacho fries, nachos and chips and dip. My taco was amazing. I got the cantina taco and I love these tacos but today it was just so much more better than I have ever had. My nacho fries were perfectly coated to where they weren’t soggy, but they had enough sauce. My taco had enough cheese to where the taco didn’t go soggy but was nice and cheesy and was actually cheese crusted like it’s supposed to be. I am absolutely blown away at how good my food is cuz normally I crave Taco Bell but I hate myself afterwards for getting it because it is gross and it makes me feel gross but at this location I had an amazing experience and I am completely full with no regret! Please tell the employees that work tonight. I am very appreciative and thankful for their service

I never complain or leave reviews, and I understand what it’s like working fast food after doing for 3 years in high school and college. I know it can be rough, but purposefully trying to annoy or “rage bait” a customer is insane.
I had a mobile order, and went through the mobile order lane. No problems until I got to the window. The guy working the window starts to hand me my drink, then PULLS it away from me. He says “order for Henry” as he leans towards me again, I confirm, then he pulls its away AGAIN. I confirm again that that is the name on the order, and he smirks and says “are you sure?” I confirm again, and he says “I don’t believe you.”
During this whole verbal exchange, he keeps moving the drink towards me, and then pulling it away. He did it probably 5 or 6 times before I finally fully put my hand on it and he let go. This was maybe 10 or 15 seconds of me awkwardly trying to be nice while trying to grab my drink.
My food came out right after and there was no problem with it. Enjoyed it just fine. That kind of behavior from any one at the age of being able to work, WHILE serving customers, is honestly crazy.

Have made two trips here so far, and both times were excellent!
The store was clean, and the service was fine. Your greeted by the kiosk to order which is no big deal, pay with card 90 percent of the time anyway! The burritos were well filled, and served in a reasonable time.
I can’t find much wrong here, also the bathrooms were clean!!
Props to management.. I’ll be back!!

Absolutely horrible service. While handing me my box without a bag spilled my sauce all over the place and food went everywhere after a long day of work this is the last thing I wanted to deal with and then as I pulled away the kitchen staff just all laughed. Horrible. Do not recommend. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Quality is just gone nowadays, you don’t expect the best from fast food but mediocre would be nice. Hope they just start firing people who can’t even do a job as simple as working at Taco Bell. It’s more than just disappointing, it’s disgraceful. I’m sure I’d just get offered some free food for my inconvenience, but I’d just want a refund and the employees held accountable, and suffer the consequences. If anyone in the area ends up wanting garbage fast food like Taco Bell for convenience, go to the one on North Lincoln. Service is way better.

Original one star review: I stood at the counter waiting to order and was ignored for over 5 min. Had to use the kiosk to order. I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times and the service is the worst. I thought it was because they are newer but they have been open now for almost a year. Taco Bell corporate needs to step in, this is poorly managed and under staffed. It took over 10 min. to get our order of 3 bean burritos and 2 crunchy tacos. (Same order as last night at another Taco Bell that took two min). Then the cheese in the burritos was cold.
Update: (decided to give them another try) the service was on par with what you want from Taco Bell. Food was good hot and fresh. Service was fast (there wasn’t that many people, but wasn’t empty either). This is what I expect when eating at Taco Bell glad they seem to have turned it around.

I recommend not going to this Taco Bell if you’re hungry. They’re tacos and bean burritos are CONSISTENTLY half the size of the Loveland and Longmont locations. If you’re hungry, drive the extra miles.

3rd time coming to this location and 3rd terrible experience. Good is always forgotten or made wrong. Got these nacho supreme (there was supposed to be 2 but got only 1) and not only were the chips WAY over salted, but they gave me meat, grease and cheese as the topping ? It was completely inedible. I got a crunch wrap supreme and it was cold and soggy, and a cheese quesadilla that was cold and tasted old with barely any cheese. I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes as well. Also, their number doesn’t even work! I’ll be coming back in to get my money back and not coming back until these reviews get better

I placed an online order and went through the Eddie’s pickup line. I waited 15 minutes in the line to be told to pull around to the front and wait. I waited 10 minutes in front and then went inside. After 5 minutes. Someone in front told me that my food would be ready soon. I waited 5 minutes and finally got my food. They forgot two the items in my order and screwed up three of the other items in the order. Avoid this place.

Ordered online. Went inside restaurant to pick up order. About 6 people making food, one person operating drive through. Workers looked at me nobody came to counter to help me. After about 5 minutes of awkward eye contact, I finally pointed to my order, one of the people came handed me my food. No other customers in restaurant. Really weird. If you go to this taco Bell stay in the drive through. Again, really weird.
