Today we had an amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Ashley A. My husband, my daughter and I were truly impressed with her service. She was extremely kind, attentive, patient, and her sweet attitude really made a difference.
Ashley A even prepared a custom caffeine-free drink for me, and it was delicious. All of our products were perfect fresh, flavorful, and exactly as advertised.
The store was spotless, beautifully lit, with great music and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
What we appreciated the most, besides the quality of the drinks, was the customer service. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Ashley A definitely reflects that in every interaction.
If you’re looking for a Starbucks where you’ll be welcomed, enjoy delicious drinks, and receive exceptional service, this is the place. Ashley A is simply amazing and deserves recognition.

I don’t know if the employees are just miserable working there but the drive thru staff have the WORST customer service. Not a “please, thank you or have a good day” in sight. I’m not difficult whatsoever, I always say please and thank you and try to be really friendly, even though it’s not reciprocated. Drive thru staff doesn’t say anything to you after they hand you your drink. It’s like “okay, now get out of my drive thru” energy. Please do better.

This Starbucks has been the worst one that I have came across with. They have messed up my drink and still didn’t care about it whatsoever.
They don’t care about customers at this location.
I had to call the customer service for their mistake and get their mistake fixed.
Luckily the customer service was so apologetic and nice, but I wish that staff members would be more like that.
I am not going back to that place again, until they hire new people that deserve that job.

This morning my son picked up my coffee. Decaf brown sugar shaken espresso. Generally I order no cinnamon and light ice and they fill with oatmilk. Please see the photo because this is what my son was given this morning. This place is getting worse and worse. The cup is barely half full

I’m just done coming to this one atp. This is the second time I’ve came here because it’s closer to home and I get 3 shots of espresso and a SPLASH of milk but somehow it’s always super cold. Not warm. COLD and I don’t understand how if the espresso is supposed to be hot. I never have time to turn back around but I’ll just go to another location.

I went here for coffee. I really wanted food but there wasn’t anything available within walking distance. There was only one person in front of me. The guy who took my order was pretty nice. He didn’t offer a receipt. But when I bought another item, the lady cashier offered a receipt. I like the country, alternative music that they play. It was clean. I hope they get more business indoors. Most of their business was through drive thru
