For what you pay for these subs, the quality and meat portion is terrible. I opened my sub an seen this….. I literally thought they forgot to put the steak in the sub roll. Wish it looked like the pictures. My Philly with extra meat, I’d hate to see a regular one. Horrible, never again. Should’ve looked at reviews on here before going. $53 for 3 subs and this is what I received. Do better guys

Ordered 2 subs and fries. The Philly had no onions and was so overly toasted the bread ws hard as a rock.The stupid cheesesteak had barely any cheese andthe bacon was burnt to a crisp blackas coal not to mention the toppings were soggy and looked very old.ordered online and Waited at store 20mins past pickup time, employee who greeted me was very rude and could hear employees arguing and yelling at each other in back of store. Almost $50 for my order and the quality of the food was terrible for the price of the food.

Walking inside, I was greeted normally which was fine. I then noticed that there was a few people in front of me so I waited time goes by then. I finally make it up to the register to place my order. I placed my order, asked for a steak and cheese The way I would like it. I said no problem should be about 10 minutes. So I then wait 10 minutes goes by I see people walk in. They’re picking up their orders. They’re also placing orders and receiving their order before I did. And I finally asked the guy to register like I am you know how much longer my food‘s gonna take oh sir Your food should be right out. I was like awesome thank you However, I ended up getting my food and the food was very cold. Bread was hard. The meat had no flavor honestly should’ve asked for my money back how terrible the food was and then I ended up waiting 30 minutes to finally get my food horrible place. I will not recommend that to anyone.

Visited a few weeks ago for pizza take out, ordered a large pizza in a very specific way, and they got it right. 🙂 Food was ready quick and hot. I have nostalgia for Jerry’s having grown up with it, it’s a $13.00 pizza so people should just need to be realistic.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food is always amazing!! However my recent experience is what made me want to leave this review. I ordered my food forgetting that there was a concert taking place at the marine museum, the traffic was so bad I couldn’t get to their location to pick up my order. I called to cancel but they offered to deliver my food to me wherever I managed to find a place to park! That is above and beyond customer service!!! Also, the food was still hot and incredible even though the traffic delayed it by an hour!! (I honestly think they remade my order so it would be fresh for me.)

Very friendly staff. We had the Southstreet Steak and Cheese. We also had friendly baked Chocolate Chip Cookies; They were so good. We went back today Jan 18th 2025 and were short on the meat. I think it must be new cooks in the back

Was there 2 different times. Had their cheese steak on one trip. And had their pizza on another trip. The food was out to my table quickly after the order was placed. The food was great quality and good portions. And I thought that the prices were fair. I would recommend giving them a try.
