I visited this location around 9pm on a Saturday and used the self-service kiosk to place an order. I ordered 2 soft bean tacos with rice, onions, lettuce, tomato, red sauce, and guacamole. I made sure to request no cheese due to my dairy allergy. I opted not to receive a receipt and provided my email for rewards, assuming the receipt would be emailed or displayed in my rewards account. After waiting for 10 minutes, I took my order out to the car to eat with my parents before our drive back to Denver.

Probably the worst Taco Bell location I’ve witnessed ever this year. I live about 5 minutes from this Boulder location and every single time I order through the app to avoid miscommunication over the speaker. I ask for no sour cream on certain items? Nope they ignore the special requests every single time and give me the opposite. Every single time I am in line, each car’s order takes approximately 5-10 minutes each. They NEVER have ice for their drinks. Today is Thursday and they aren’t even opened, or tomorrow on Friday. Avoid this location at all cost until they hire a decent crew.

The person working the drive through today 7/28/23 at 6:52 pm was extremely rude and condescending. The speaker was hard to hear and when asked to make sure two boxes were ordered because the original item asked for was not available and the screen listed out so many things, the drive through attendant responded “you ordered two boxes didn’t you?” A simple yes would suffice. I know you don’t go to Taco Bell for the service or the quality of the food, but, if you choose to spend your money at an establishment, you shouldn’t be disrespected in the process. Will not be returning.

Got a cravings box a few days ago and it was missing the Chalupa and Cinnamon Twists. My friend got two Doritos Locos tacos with chicken and I kid you not there were 3 ridiculously frugal pieces of meat on each taco. Expect to have to ask for your order multiple times. It’s probably done, just left out on the side. Trust the reviews this place sucks

This is the BEST Taco Bell in Colorado!! The staff is so kind and friendly and they make better food than any other location. The service is always very fast, too. Plus I always get a super complicated mobile order and they always get it right. And if they’re ever out of an item, they insist on replacing it with something else delicious. I friggin love this Taco Bell. Cherry on top, the building is cute af. Go here if you’re in Boulder, it blows the other location on baseline out of the water.

The worst experience ever. If I could rate a -5, it would be more appropriate. Barely any fillings in any of our food items wraps, tacos, burrito.We wanted water- could not have it because the soda machine was not working. Another customer ordered a large soda. They gave him a medium cup and said too bad we don’t have large cups. They did not tell him the machine was broken. Then he got upset and demanded his money back. They told him they did not have anyone that could do that. It was truly horrible to have been there.

Never in my life have I seen a Taco Bell asking people to pull around and wait on theirs orders…until now. Literally no one in the drive thru either. Pathetic management. Waited over 15 minutes for a burrito supreme. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Ordered food theough the mobile app and picked it up in the drive thru, a couple of my items were missing and they didn’t mention it to me. I told them and they said “oh just tell the customer we didn’t have it” and after I told them I was the customer they stopped coming back to the window and rushed me to leave. No big deal, I’ll get a refund on the app,right? No. I emailed them several times with my order number, complained thru the app and asked the manager to get a hold of me or issue a refund several times. Its not even about the $5 or whatever, it’s the fact that the staff didn’t even tell me half my order wasn’t in the bag, shooed me away like I’m a bother for wanting it resolved, but then it’s impossible to get a hold of management at all and definitely impossible to get a refund. Customer service is an absolute joke. I would not recommend going here because odds are they won’t give you your food then tell you to lie to the customer, as if you’re not sitting in their drive thru as a customer. I would give 0 stars if I could, I hope somebody important reads this so you can notify management how much of a joke this restaurant is.
