When arriving the woman sounded very sick and nearly inaudible. When we pulled up to the window she was clearly sick and handling the food, not even wearing a mask at the least. I ordered a chicken sandwich that ended up being cold, soggy, and rubbery. It’s completely unfair paying for this kind of service and food. Please spare your time and go somewhere else.

The drive thru person didn’t get our drink order (and didn’t read back the order so we didn’t notice until the last window) and refused to let the person at the window give us the drink they missed or sell us one. When I went in to the store, the person at the counter made it right for us. I’m very thankful for the employee that was able to help me once I came inside, but it is a frustrating experience to try and correct my order at the drive through and be told “well I didn’t hear you and there are cars behind you so we can’t do anything now”.

Simply put – everything was awful. My sons chicken tender “meal” looks and tastes like it was from yesterday. Straight up couldn’t even bite through the chicken tender it was so hard and dry. The ingredients in the nachos Bell Grande were nasty and chips were soggy. Additionally, I didn’t get a receipt, didn’t get any hot sauce, and all three of us are left hungry after paying $32 for food that is disgusting. It’s such a disappointment because this is the only Taco Bell around here. Ugh.

They will overcharge you by a significant amount. Always demand a receipt. Service is incredibly rude. Store is filthy. Food is cold. Save yourself the trouble and go to another KFC/Taco Bell or any other fast food joint in the area. This one is the WORST.

Between 6:30-7pm Sunday March 19th. I was there thirty seconds with no one behind me in the drive thru, and was yelled at twice. First time I told her I needed a second to decide. My passenger and I was deciding actively discussing combos, when she says y’all still don’t know what you want. I’m like why be so rude ! If you don’t like yo job, that’s not my fault. I pulled off immediately scared of what would happen to my food had I actually ordered. Will NEVER RETURN.

1st off 4 out of 5 of the people I was with ordered food they “ran out of” and they also told me they do not make tostada’s any longer although they have all the items to make then. That made no sense at all. The 2nd and biggest thing was the 2 guys my the bathroom one buying and the other selling CRACK in the corner. They were nice enough and made conversation. But not really what you enjoy while having dinner.
