This taco bell needs to adjust their posted hours of operation. This will be the 12th time in 3 months that they have not opened on time, with staff insight. It is now 25 minutes past the hour and im still not able to order. I just want breakfast.

At end of day it’s Taco Bell, at this location I had a good experience just like anything in life what you give you receive if you are nice to the staff they will be nice back shout out to Naomi for taking care of me and being nice. Pepsi tasted flat and warm and stale. How can you mess up pepsi? Tacos were okay. Burrito was terrible. This place continues to be bad whenever I decide to try it. Not good. They should shut down or sell to an owner who can provide food like taco bell meant it to be.

I gave them a 3 on service with a smile because the tall Hispanic kid with curly hair admittedly spit in my burrito with a smile. I thought it was a joke and then I almost puked when I saw it. They all smiled as it happened. I hope this review is enough to make some camera corrections. No one deserves that.

I placed an online order 20 min before arriving, waited in the drive through for 20 min when I got to the window they handed me the bag and drink and said it was my online order. Upon looking at food I received a Mexican pizza when I had ordered a deluxe cravings box…. I’m not one to usually review but that’s some serious BS.

I understand staffing and how kiosks can help in that regard. Some people, particularly elderly people, are not comfortable with them. I watched a taco bell employee talk down to an elderly woman and rudely telling her to order from the kiosk that she didn’t know how to use. It was very disrespectful. Helping elderly people for 20 seconds should not be a big deal regardless of staffing.

Staff doesn’t know their own menu. Ordered 3 chicken chipotle melts waited in the drive through for 20 min was handed the wrong sized drink and food that wasn’t mine. I looked at it and asked is this the chicken chipotle melt? The employee said “I think so” drove forward to let the line of cars go. Looked and it was 3 salad burritos with chicken in them. Went into the facility and told the staff I got the wrong food. I pointed at the menu of what I ordered and the employee didn’t know English. Then he told me that’s what I got and I pulled the burritos out to show him and all he said was “ooooooh” and then left lol. The girl ‘cook’ came forward and asked what was wrong and she didn’t understand the difference of what I ordered and what was given to me until a manager came up and told them I was rite and explained everything. A woman employee did make my food and apologized which was nice. I understand these are kids working here but you’re dealing with customers money and time and your employees are supposed to represent your organization well, professionally. Maybe understanding English and the menu is a good start?
