Taco Bell like every other food chain is not the same as it was(or maybe we’re all just over mediocre food) My meal was good, however my partners Nacho Bell Grande meal not so much. Employees were great, food was meh. Would I still go again? Of course its Tacos!

Just went though the drive through ordered a midnight Bajaj blast and when I went to get my food was handed a regular Bajaj blast when I mentioned i didnt order that I ordered the midnight one I was just told “sorry we dont have that” and then they handed me my food and closed the door. I didnt not ordered that so instead of making .e pay for something I didnt want you should have just daid that while I was ordering bc I would have canceled the drink as I dont like the regular Baja blast. And then was given no option to get my money back as I would have just handed the drink back had the window closed. This is not ok at all yall. Need to communicate to customers and not just assume and give them shit they didnt order. I would not have paid for a drink had I know you guys didnt have the drink I wanted

Ordered through app, food was “ready” within 3 minutes and when I had gotten home the food was warm at best.
Opened up one taco and this is what I saw, absolutely not okay.
I’ve worked plenty of fast food jobs and this is just an example of being lazy as all get out.

Trying to find a phone number on here to see if I make the 11 minute drive back over there I can actually pick up my mobile order this time, not someone else’s like they apparently gave me the first time. I ordered a veggie burrito and a potato soft taco, because I don’t eat red meat. Got a beefy burrito, nachos and a beef chalupa. Nice. 3rd time in a row Taco Bell has gotten my vegetarian order wrong, but I never receive anything back, just wasted money on food I can’t eat.

Came to the Taco Bell and ordered 3 quesadillas, 1 #2, 1 root beer, and 1 Baja blast freeze. Sat at the window for like 15 minutes, the night shift worker came out obviously high, said the slushy machine wasn’t working and offered a strawberry one (which I don’t mind at all) and gave me straight syrup that was room temperature, handed us the food and we realized he charged us double for everything, as we were leaving we noticed a worker ran out to his car to smoke and then talk to some highschool girls. Our food was all wet, quesadillas not even cooked, tacos were all ruined and wet. The overall experience was horrible and I don’t think the night shift is a good time to come in. Never had a problem coming here in the past so it truly upsets me.

I live in the apartments right by this Taco Bell, so I spend my money here regularly. I’ve been in retail management for years, and let me say this is the most poorly managed store I’ve ever seen. To list a few things,
1) They’re never happy you’re there. The employees actively avoid you in the lobby, no smiles, no feeling of welcome. Quite the opposite actually, they want you to leave.
2) They’re consistently not open during their posted open hours. Their openers are often late causing me to skip this place as a breakfast option.
3) They have consistently long waits, and are poor communicators when they have a wait.
If you are the franchise owner you are hemorrhaging potential money and long time customers by allowing for such poor service! Avoid this Taco Bell if at all possible.

Extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. I have years of restaurant management experience and the manager on duty was in a bad mood and taking it out on me for his error. Absolutely no reason for this. I am always overly kind and understanding of workers in this environment but this guy should be fired. Close the restaurant if you don’t have enough people to run it.

They have self serve machines for ordering so there is nobody working the actual counter
I stood there with 5 other people for a good 10min waiting for someone to tell us who the hell the bag on the counter belonged to. finally someone came over and they didn’t even know because they don’t label the bags with a name or receipt
