Honestly, probably the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. I’ve never been inside, but it looks nice. It’s always fast service, and the food is usually fresh and good. Pretty friendly staff. They’ve only messed up my food once and quickly fixed it before I left. They used to not be open when they said they were which was annoying, but that hasn’t been an issue for a while now. Best Taco Bell around.

It’s Taco Bell, beans and tortillas so yeah the food was fine. They offer 16 different sodas from the fountain. During my visit only 3 flavors worked. of those flavors were diet, zero, and root beer. Finally, there was not a clean table to be found.

Definitely not the fastest service lookdefinitely not the slowest. I have ran into a couple problems with their accuracy, but the staff is always been friendly and more than willing to fix any mistakes. Now as far as atmosphere is concerned I have no idea why Google is wondering about the atmosphere of drive thru’s. I know some people go in and have a sit down dining experience but I truly don’t understand why. I would say 80 to 85 per-cent of their patrons use the drive thru. So for those people the atmosphere depends on what atmosphere you have created in your car. For those that want to eat inside all I can say is it’s Taco Bell.

I visited late on a Monday. I had ordered online to specify my food for my dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were not made to my request, and I could not eat them. I would request that staff please pay close attention to modifications due to dietary restrictions/intolerances of some foods.

Trying to find a phone number on here to see if I make the 11 minute drive back over there I can actually pick up my mobile order this time, not someone else’s like they apparently gave me the first time. I ordered a veggie burrito and a potato soft taco, because I don’t eat red meat. Got a beefy burrito, nachos and a beef chalupa. Nice. 3rd time in a row Taco Bell has gotten my vegetarian order wrong, but I never receive anything back, just wasted money on food I can’t eat.

I want to point this out so that people know ahead of time. You CANNOT order multiple orders through the drive-thru. My co-workers requested Taco Bell, and I offered to pick it up since they didn’t have a lunch scheduled. I asked for 2 separate orders. 1 for me, and 1 on another credit card. The rude lady declined, saying you can not order multiple orders and that I have to go around again through the drive-thru. I thought that was a waste of time so I didn’t get lunch. Good customer service is everything in a business. People will look at the business differently and shy away from coming back.

The girl working the drive through on Aug 13th at 7:45 pm is the worst customer service representative they could ever have. Her attitude is unprofessional, disrespectful and completely out of line. She does not deserve her job at Taco Bell. This will make people never come back.

The staff is very very friendly but there is definitely staffing issues. It is frequently closed during posted open hours. During the lunch or dinner time rush it takes 15-30 minutes to get through the drive through. Do not go through the drive through if you can’t wait, I’ve been trapped for 20 minutes several times.
