They took 15 minutes just to take my order and refused to operate the employee computer terminals, despite their only being one kiosk self service kiosk with a disabled customer having difficulty using it and a line of people almost put the door waiting to use it. Unbelievable

This is the worst Taco Bell, they always have a loooooong wait and they are not even that busy, i order for pick up and even like that when I arrive is not ready yet, employees are always playing around, take long to take care of customers on the front, they have 3 people or even 4 on the line of food and even like that can’t make orders in a good time, is just incredible.
