Seward’s Folly feels purpose-built for sports fans and families/groups. The space is very clean, large, and open, with two separate bar areas that help spread out the energy. I stopped in to catch an NFL playoff game, and this place absolutely delivers on the viewing experience. There are TVs everywhere, so no matter where you sit, you’ll either have one directly in front of you or at least a great line of sight. Even better, they actually play the sound of the game, which feels increasingly rare and is a huge plus. I can’t speak to how that works when multiple games are on, but for a single big matchup, it’s ideal.

The menus are massive…..too massive. It’s great if you’re with a group of picky eaters, because there’s something for everyone, but the trade-off is that nothing really stands out as especially memorable or distinctive. It leans more crowd-pleasing than crave-worthy. My French dip, for example, was mostly bread with very little meat, which was a bit of a letdown. On the brighter side, the appetizers came out in generous portions, and their unbreaded fried wings were a nice surprise, especially in a sea of overly battered versions elsewhere.

They ALSO have pizza and cheese stick options but their pizza oven was down on the day of our visit. I’ve also heard good things about their country fried steak on the brunch menu, which we didn’t try this time but is officially on the list for a future visit.

They’ve got a full bar, a solid tap selection, and a parking lot, though parking can get tight when the place is packed. Service was warm, friendly, and attentive without hovering, which is exactly what you want when you’re focused on the game.

Bottom line: Seward’s Folly is a comfortable, reliable spot to watch sports, grab a drink, and keep a group happy. Don’t expect culinary fireworks, but if your goal is a relaxed game-day hang with good sightlines and good vibes, it checks the boxes.

We had a huge group go here so the wait was long. The service we received made up for all of that! Great job team I understand how difficult it can be to attend such a large group. So THANK YOU.
The food! Yes, delicious! I had the beef stroganoff and shared some cheese curds. Both were excellent and no to go box needed here! I was hungry and will finish my food when it is good!
The atmosphere, well, I know this place is more so the bar than the grill, so I really don’t appreciate that but that is a personal preference. So we sat at the far end where it is more restaurant so I can appreciate that. I only went here because this is where my group went. Again the service and food impressed me enough making up for my preferences.

Joined a friend for brunch on a Sunday morning. The place was hopping! I should have remembered Sunday morning football.. but, fun atmosphere! Now to the food.. tried their fried pickles for the first time.. Crispy! I’m not used to that! And the Ranch is really tasty.. for brunch I got chicken fried steak with gravy, 2 eggs and home fries. Really tasty and generous portion.. my friend said hers was really good too. She said she didn’t ever remember this restaurant but she said she would come here again! Next time I will be good and get a salad… those are fantastic!

The food was great, but the service was subpar. It took a while for someone to notice we needed seated, after that we didn’t get waters/drinks for about 30 minutes. This would be understandable in a crowded restaurant, but there were not many customers on the Monday evening that we visited.

Was a friendly place nice and clean. Servers were very nice. Food was so good. Only wish we would have said… First time here sooner (while ordering) … Maybe would have warned us sooner that portions were big, would have ordered differently, lol. We’ll definitely go back. The trio dip with pita was my favorite.

Enjoyable restaurant with good atmosphere. Food was really good and their signature cocktails are as well. Very accommodating for small children as well. Saw that they serve brunch on weekends and I will have to come back to check that out.

The local restaurant you will want to love. But you won’t be able to, because the service is terrible and the food is marginal. Our estimated 10 minute wait to be seated was much longer. Once seated, it was a long wait until the server appeared. Even the people who were seated several minutes before us hadn’t received drinks yet. We had potato skin appetizer, they were really good. When our food arrived at the table, the runner did not offer to get any condiments and our server never appeared, so we ate on the dry overcooked burger struggle bus. Two of us had burgers, they were cooked waypast well done. Server didn’t check us our whole meal. Even when we were ready to go it was forever until server brought ticket. Meh.

I have been here multiple times and it’s always a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes the food is pretty good and sometimes it’s pretty blah. Same with the service. On most recent visit, we had a very long wait for food once we were seated. It’s very open and loudish (sports bar) with a fun vibe. The menu is extensive so there is something for everyone.

Highly recommend anyone to go in for either lunch or dinner to this place every item what’s every penny you spend . My always favorite is teriyaki steak bits, very flavorful. It’s go together with steam rice. I also got Tuesday special there-way taco and spicy buffalo wrap very delicious.

So it wasn’t my first time here however it was for my girlfriend. We sat at the bar as it wasn’t super busy & it seemed like the logical choice. Kayla, our bartender was polite & jovial with us. We were served in a reasonable time. A regular there was spaced out & staring but I figured he was lit. Turned out it happens a lot. No worries there! Crisis averted~
We ordered the Trio Spread, a TBA sandwich & the chick Parmesan. The chicken Parmesan we learned is a new addition & the menu didn’t accurately reflect that that serve it with BOTH Alfredo & marinara sauce. The chicken and bread was delicious, but the sauce mix was confusing. After a couple of bites, that was the end of that dish. When we asked about it, they checked back with the kitchen & confirmed the mix was intentional. They were kind enough to not add the plate to the bill.
Despite the awkward regular spacing out looking like he was staring & the dish, this place was very nice. 10/10 would recommend! Kayla was an awesome bartender & made us feel not only welcome but genuinely seemed pleasant.
