You can ONLY order at their kiosk. Manager and counter gal staffer was rude.
Walk in.. counter right in front, however no sign that says order over there at the kiosk. They said I had to order at the kisk. I asked can’t I just order here and the counter gal staffer refered that I was old and this is 2026. I don’t have have grey hair and I’m fully mobile. That was rude and bullyish. She then goes from around the counter and proceeds to take my order…. on that kiosk.
Manager is now at the counter to view what is going on. This is good, for them and me. I speak to him and suggest a sign saying order ‘over there at the kiosk’ and tge manager said it’s corporate, he can do nothing. I say as management he should be able to relay customer concerns. He says manager cannot do anything to help customers only corporate can. (Note: I believe he was only an evening shift manager)

I live five minutes away. I eat here a lot since it’s the closest food to me but I’m so upset that yall messed up my order 3 times now over the course of a month, I’m done with it. Im ordering simple things, literally three soft tacos and nacho fries. Granted this is DoorDash and yes I reviewed there too but I’m so fed up I’m here as well. I work in fast food so Ik the struggle. But these orders are always wrong later in night. There is no rush at 11pm yall, I order simple food to make it easier for u as well. As a fast foot worker myself if u are messing up orders at 11pm on weekdays there is a problem with the work staff. And for it to be the 3rd time IN A MONTH u need new closers. Like for the 3rd time, be fr. Despite the short 5 minute drive I am boycotting this place. Check… your…. Orders. Simple procedure. Thanks for ruining my night guess I’m making my own tacos from now on. And yes I have pictures. Again this is for management, re-train your closers to check the orders going out. This was on aug 7th 2025 at 10:30pm. Zero excuses for it being the third time now.

I just stopped here for lunch and I was the only vehicle in line so obviously no wait which is great. They were fast at getting my order out to me. The lad that took my order was nice and the same lady that passed me my food in which was presented very nicely. The back was folded with a sticker on it as to seal it closed. Very nice addition! Parking is open; plenty of parking. Also space for 18 wheelers to park even! I ordered a Pepsi, soft supreme taco and Supreme burrito and they taste amazing! They’re full of the good stuff and served hot to me!! The lettuce and tomatoes was really fresh as well! And look at how my burrito is folded! Best fold ever ans in both ends! Full of flavor! I should’ve ordered more! Good job to this location!

Food was good, had spicy potato soft taco, and cheesy bean and rice burrito. It was a little slow being made, since I was 1 of two people in the store. Also I don’t like having to make the order myself on the kiosk when they are not busy. My opinion.

Not happy customer and I love eating tacos but there bout to make me go back to the bun. I ordered a number 8 Doritos taco and got saugitos tacos. Already made and just served to me, and I wanted my meat on top of the lettuce between the cheese and others. So I got prepared tacos that’s been sitting up, meat wasn’t even warm it was cold, so I got 3 saugy tacos for nothing. No crunch with the bottom saugy already breaking apart. Do I have to go back to the bun at least it’s warm. Not a happy customer. Your supposed to make to customer satisfaction I may not return after this. 4 of 5 is already cold lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, & sour cream why is the meat. So now I have to find a hot meal now

Literally the worst quality food I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. It was Friday evening Oct 3rd and the place was dead, but the Buc-ee’s that is a block away was a zoo, so that should’ve flagged me.

Anyway, the chili cheese burritos were so cold that literally every piece of shredded cheese was still in it’s refrigerated form. The caramel apple empanadas were also cold. Their fountain drinks were badly mixed. I thought it might be out, but she checked and there was a half box of syrup in it. She tried filling it up at the drive through one, and the results were the same…watered down soda (Baja Blast, Baja Blast Zero, and Baja Midnight).

I had to wait 20+ years for you guys to bring back the chili cheese burritos and caramel apple empanadas, only for you to screw it up.

Me and my boss order here a lot but maybe not after this we got pick up food like most days but today when I ordered they told me that they were out of my drink not telling me my other order needed a different drink as well so I pulled to the window and chose a different drink for my order but when I asked how fresh was the sweet tea I was informed that it was at 08:00 this morning need less to say it was 13:42 in the afternoon when that’s almost 6 hours after brew fun fact that means the tea is bad I hope they don’t any other ecosure rule and guidelines but the food is good the service is okay for a fast food place

I didnt even want to rate 1 star. First of all, the staff was not busy, second my order was with all the right ingredients, but check this out……… I ordered a total of 15 burritos all of them looked like this. Very inconvenient considering we could not turn back around because we were passing thru to dallas. Lastly i called a total of 11 times no answer…so no correction was made. Thanks for the dough. all 15 were exactly the same. Just dough mainly very little of anything else.

The way the food was made was horrible! We’re vegetarian and we sub Beans for Beef and everthing was made correctly. But the presentation was bad and the way they put the ingredients were horrible!! Everything basically tasted like tortillas only. On the Mexican pizza there was barely any sauce and barely any beans!! We literally ate tostada with cheese and tomatoes. Then the crunch wrap and nachos were the same way. Barely had any ingredients. Then as soon as we got the food i asked one of the team members if they can please add more beans and sauce on the Mexican Pizza so the guy goes up to what seems to be a manager and i can hear her say “what does he want” in a rude tone. Then she comes up to me and says “we’re just doing our job and they told us to put this much so thats how much we’re putting” again in a rude tone. And respectfully i said “ma’am I’ve been to a lot of taco bells. I eat at one at least once a week and it has never been this poorly made” and she said “we can’t do anything about it” and walked away. This was the worst food and the customer service was horrible and disrespectful. I asked for a GM number and they made up excuses that i can call the number on the receipt or call headquarters. Liars for sure. Whats a GM for? Very disappointed customer.

this is disgraceful. these burritos were mostly tortilla and i paid $2 each. if i wasnt on the road, i would demand my money back. i have never in my life seen a bean burrito *this* small from a taco bell. never going back!
