This was the second time we’ve been to this Taco Bell and received terrible food with zero attention to detail. At this point, it’s clearly not a one-off mistake—it’s a pattern.
We ordered a quesaritto, which is literally defined as a burrito wrapped in a quesadilla. What we got was just a plain tortilla with hardly anything inside. No quesadilla wrap, barely any filling, and nothing even resembling what we paid for.
The crunchy tacos were a joke—maybe a teaspoon of meat in each. They were basically empty shells. Charging full price for food prepared this poorly is ridiculous.
This location clearly does not care about quality, accuracy, or customers. If you want food that looks anything like the menu—or even remotely worth the money—go somewhere else. We won’t be back.

I love Taco Bell and this Location because usually it’s pretty good, Here lately There have been new hires that concern me. I don’t think most of them are properly trained to make food, I strongly believe this because I watched someone grabbed their phone and go right back to making food Without changing any gloves. Not to mention the big puddle of dirty water In the food making area I do have pictures. Not only is it a health hazard one of the employees could probably slip And hurt themselves. And the employees were listening to music that was overwhelmingly loud Enough to hear, and definitely not appropriate for a work space. I do admit to that It was pretty busy for them something about a catering order a really huge order and telling The DoorDash people to tell them to cancel it because it’s going to take them one to two hours or something along the lines of that. It took a while for the food to come out understandably, The food was pretty good. But no trash bags in the trash cans because and were all pulled out so it just sat there on the counter and the floors were so slippery everywhere even underneath the table Where I was and trying to get the workers attention Is nearly impossible there was a person in the lobby, trying to get someone’s attention three different times and no one answered . If this store has any kind of proper management Hopefully the situations will get fixed They’re going to lose lots of customer In the current situation.

I went to order inside at the establishment and not one person acknowledged me while I was standing at the counter. The entire inside was filthy and there were numerous customers sitting around like they had been there forever. One gentleman said you’re better off going thru the drive thru. I tried that and when I went to pay I gave them a voucher that was given to me by the manager the last time I was there as an apology for the poor service . The staff acted like they didn’t know what the voucher was. What’s the point of getting a voucher if you can’t use it? As bad as the service is at that place, you would think they knew what the voucher was. I’m sure the manager has to hand them out frequently because not one person in that building seemed like they wanted to do their job of helping customers.
If you think about getting Mexican food quickly, don’t go here. You can literally sit down at a local restaurant, be helped, and eat faster than going into this place to eat.

I asked for black beans instead of refried beans + jalapeños on the loaded beef nachos.. for some reason I only got black beans, cheese, and nachos on the LOADED BEEF nachos. Don’t know how this even happens. By far one of the most disappointing visits. It’s painful paying extra and receiving far less. Would not recommend. At least the spicy potato tacos were ok.

No sense of urgency, not fast food. Ordered online to be ready when I got there in a rush. Order placed at 845p currently 915p and still not ready and restaurant not even busy, worst speed of service ever. Poor management, told me it would be ready when its ready.

I dont understand why they even have the inside open if they arent taking orders it wasnt like they were super busy and i had an employee ask me for a tip just because he had to take my order instead of me ordering on the machine they have.
