I visited this location 3 times in one week because the drinks and service was AMAZING in comparison to other places.
The hostesses were polite & kind.
The bartenders, Steven & Aftab, were phenomenal and talented. I had the best drinks at Bistro over anywhere else that I visited in Guyana. I tried different things and they were all consistent. EXCELLENT!
The food was good. I really thought the sushi was overhyped but when I tried it for myself, it really was that GOOD!!! However, the wait time for the food on a busy evening was over 30mins. The overall experience was AMAZING & I will always return as well as recommend. Bistro.
I recommend making a reservation because depending on the time of day it can be busy.

I always enjoy my visits. Customer service is always one point and the food is tasty. I love there are so many options of wine and not just cocktails. The location is pretty good and the ambiance is quite relaxing.

Bistro is always a gamble on whether the food is absolutely fantastic or just alright. Funnily enough it makes going more exciting. Some days you might eat the best sushi you’ve ever had, other days you might have burnt asparagus. Honestly a unique restaurant and I love it. Overall, great atmosphere and sometimes great food (I believe they change chefs often) try it if you haven’t.

Food: Average. The chicken was dry and hard, almost stale. The sushi was good though. Unfortunately, a customer’s order was mixed up with mine-minor mistake but then my guest had to wait very long for her order.
Service: Great staff service but slow food service.
Atmosphere: Does seem to be family oriented in addition to group hangouts which is great. Bright and airy.
Tips: Make reservations because they seem quite busy.
This location is 100x better than the GT location. Keep up the good job guys.

The wings and pork chop were great, the pasta needed a little more salt. The menu has limited options so view it online before you arrive. It’s better to make an appointment on the weekends as it does get really busy. Drinks are okay. Great view of the seawall and highway.

Being able to make reservations online is AWESOME! We were seated as soon as we got there, with no issue. Every dish my guests had was delicious and well prepared. I HAD THE BEST SNAPPER hands down!! Still dreaming about it. I’ll be back! OH and the Xmas Decor was beautiful.
