Manager was very rude! They messed up the 2 orders then she threw it the counter. She grab another box and threw the food in it. She started speaking Spanish to another coworker as she was in the process of grabbing the box. I know items do get left out at times but rudeness is not good for a Manager.

I used to love Taco Bell but it seems lately they aren’t too concerned about service or friendliness. My food always looks messy and just thrown into a bag. The employee taking the order just goes through the motions and makes no effort on anything else. Hopefully they fix things soon.

The Doritos Locos tacos are my fave! Friendly & fast, served with a smile. You can pre-order through the app, at the counter or use one of the handy kiosks. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean, too!

Went out for lunch and not only was the food the best I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell (like it was fresh, hot AND quickly made) I also had amazing service by a sweet lady working there named Terricia she was just hard working when I went in and she made me feel so comfortable there in just a matter of seconds 10/10 service she is such sweetheart

The reason for the low rating is they are doing what a lot of places are doing: making you go to the “self-checkout” kiosk. When I expressed my dislike for those, the girl behind the counter offered to do it for me, but said they wanted all walk-in customers to go to the kiosk. She was nice. She is the only reason you got as high as 2 stars. The purpose of going to a fast food place is convenience. Customers are not going to be as fast on your system as your trained employees are, and most of us don’t want to learn your system. Making us do so is not convenient for us. Also, some of us still like to have a little bit of human interaction, service with a smile, etc. I may give you another chance at some point, but if I am told I have to use the kiosk, I’ll walk out and go a half mile down the road to get an authentic taco. I’ll get better food, great service, and probably pay the same price.

Generally good, of course you have your employees that just make ya not wanna not bother, thankfully they get weeded out pretty quickly! Food is usually great, hot and exactlywhat you ordered! 95% of the time employees are great and most nights are good and fast and longer lines are pretty quick

Just went thru the drive thru and the automated robot wasn’t working so we drove up to the window to order. There were visibly 4 employees standing around but they couldn’t take our order at the window for safety reason. They said to drive thru again. We explained it wasn’t working. Now we are headed to Chipotle.

Took a bite of one of the soft tacos I ordered and literally pulled pieces of plastic out of my mouth. It looks like it may have come from a plastic bag or plastic glove. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
