Better places to get Mexican food in the area. It isn’t the best taco bell I have been to. They leave a lot of room for improvement. You think the management would go through these 1 star reviews and try to make some improvements, but they clearly don’t care. Other than that. They are right off of the interstate. Walking distance from the Pilot parking lot.

Reportedly a power outage is what caused the overhead music to play twice over with a few seconds of delay. At first I thought it was an echo or weird acoustics in the men’s restroom but it was confirmed to be happening in the women’s as well and indeed throughout the lobby. Kind of a jarring experience. Once brought up to the staff they were quick to go fiddle with it though.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell roughly 10 times since it opened.Every single time I’ve went since it opened no exaggeration they were out of what I wanted . The few times I’ve actually decided to go ahead and order something different I’ve pretty much gotten a empty tortilla .

Save a trip. They never have ANYTHING you want. Workers have terrible attitudes.. It’s not their fault it is a management issue for not properly putting in for supplies. They should be held accountable.. Their workers are having to deal with upset customers. How 3 times yall are out of beef.. Lol come on.. I wouldn’t be a happy employee having to deal with this either . Get it together management! Do better for your customers and employees.

I just left taco bell in Hempstead, Tx. I asked for a beefy melt burrito. Wasn’t expecting the burrito to look like the picture but where is the beefy at on this melt. Doesn’t deserve one star. Will not eat here again. I’ll go the the McDonald’s next door.

The food is actually pretty good and service has been fine, however on two trips over two different days the men’s restroom has been out of soap. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the food if none of the employees wash their hands after going to the bathroom.

One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Taco Bell was almost forced to use the kiosks to order once ordered my food was given to someone else who put The grubby little hands all in my then I was handed the bag. Should have inspected my order b4 leaving cause it was incorrect. Called got no answer…smh
