I ordered a double portion, they didn’t give it to me. There was supposed to be pork and chicken, but there was only chicken. The staff seemed to not care about anything and they took a long time to prepare. In general, the service is below zero, as is the order itself. Why did I go to Taco Bell because I was in this chain before and I liked everything. I advise the managers to look at this restaurant

Never have I ever received a quesadilla like this!
My child was highly upset and disappointed.
No cheese barely anything covered the tortilla. Barely any filling and it wasn’t even sliced in pieces like we normally get. The taco had no filling lettuce was most of it, not even cheese.
It felt like someone was playing a nasty trick my child said. He’s 5 by the way. I always buy this meal for him when traveling and he’s never complained in his life. I guess there is a first for everything. Service was trash as well.

Idk how this Taco Bell is 2.6 stars I never write reviews but this was impressive! I did an online order at 9:08 and it was ready as soon as I walked in the door at 9:10. I got a quesadilla combo that was for once in my lifetime FULL of cheese and chicken! The fiesta potatoes where completely full and fresh (unheard of ) and the cinnamon where properly cooked all the way through with not bitter oil taste. Take this review lightly as a single shift change can completely throw this off. But whoever was working 11/19/25 at 9pm

This place is horrible and best to just go somewhere else or a taco truck. I have been here a couple times, thinking maybe they had an off day but nope always extremely rude people that always mess up your orders. Even very simple orders they will mess it up.

Always a great expierence the food is always awesome, and the employees are always nice with great customer service it’s just the time it takes the food to get out from this location it’s a long time if you dine in. That is the reason that I gave a three- star for service.

Better places to get Mexican food in the area. It isn’t the best taco bell I have been to. They leave a lot of room for improvement. You think the management would go through these 1 star reviews and try to make some improvements, but they clearly don’t care. Other than that. They are right off of the interstate. Walking distance from the Pilot parking lot.
