Young wh0r1$ h lady told me that I couldn’t get refill with my cup that I bought? She stopped me from obtaining my refill unbelievable. I expected better from this location but horrible service and attitude. To the workers- if you don’t like your job quit because you are getting paid for doing your job right not being disrespectful.

The drive through woman dropped my card while I was trying to pay for my meal and she only gave me half my order. I returned and they gave me some coupons and a free large drink. I won’t be returning to this particular Taco Bell for a while

Well, I normally drive thru Taco Bells with a slightly altered order (no onions, add black beans, like that) without a problem. At this one, they doubled the price of the item because I added extra lettuce, etc, and when I got to the window, doubled THAT. Because the first price was “just for one.” When I had ordered 2. So for 1.69 menu item they wanted 7.00+. As I was talking about it to the window lady (mgr I guess) my food fell off the window ledge onto the floor by her feet, and she *picked it up from the floor* and put it beside her. THEN, as I kept asking why the price was so high, another worker came and grabbed the bag and threw it in the trash (I could see all this) and I said, “What did she throw it away for‽” and yet

Typical modern Taco Bell. Food was fine. No service since you have to order from a kiosk but food was prepared quickly. Location was clean but empty during my visit.

This place is garbage. Every time I go there’s ALWAYS an issue. Either cash only (after you ordered) or like tonight “we’re out of beef, it’s going to be a 40 mins wait and we only have chicken” I like Taco Bell’s food every now and then but this location is just garbage. Like I said, there’s always an issue with this place.

We ordered and said no lettuce, no tomatoes so son could not finish and left hungry..The coffee was iced but it was the hot coffee on menu. The new drink tastes like mountain dew, just a lessor, sweeter version of the original. Hot sauces are the same. I personally love them.
