This place has some of the staff that most perfectly embody the “not paid enough” “not my problem” “I’m a miserable human being being forced to work this torturous job” energy I’ve seen so far. They will make eye contact with you and the don’t care they will gloss over you like an animal at a zoo these people are tired and probably shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry probably a job in the back of a warehouse where they’ll be paid better and they don’t have to interact with the customer (as for the 30 minutes I stood there they were more worried about the drive thru than acknowledging my existence) it’s taco bell it’s nothing special the reason I pay for this garbage food is because it’s convenient. These people don’t have to like me heck I don’t care if they even smile at me or speak to me kindly I just want my FAST food and be done with it. I don’t need pleasantries just service I didn’t even get that.

Absolute slowest and worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Usually they take 5 min or so to even say “can I take your oder?” Can’t believe this is acceptable. Usually a 30 minute drive thru trip. Just moved here and seriously can’t believe how terrible the service is at this store.

We love Taco Bell. But this one was awful messed up and missed some of are order. Food was cold and staff ignored my husband when they handed are food and not drinks. We will not be back to this one. The best one by far is Weatherford location.

5 diff types of burritos and they didnt mark any of them. didnt tell us the ice machine was broken..Nothing like hot soda when its 108 out . Then they had a blaring alarm going off for 20 min with no one even bothering to check on shutting it off. the entire dining room eventually had enough and left
