Food is fresh but I really think they need to work on having the cinnamon rolls on standby because lately we are having to wait for them to make them along with some of our favorite pizza…It’s a lot of playing and standing around I see…..Out y’all hand on something at all times. At least pretend to look busy

I’ll always give a clean and put together cicis a four star. The menu is set so you know what to expect. The salad bar looked great. Hot fresh pizza was coming out. The staff was kind and friendly. The bathroom was clean and tables were bussed and wiped expeditiously. What more could you want.

Very big and clean ciciz pizza. Staff was friendly but it was very odd how they made us seat on one side of the restaurant. It almost felt like segregation. You have a spacious establishment but only use half of it? When I asked why.. they replied that they didn’t have enough employees so they were trying to clean up early. It was 7 pm and they close at 10pm.

Not only did they make the hazardous trip during this nasty weather event, they also made some amazing food for my family!! Being dispalced due to power and water outages can stress folks out and kids do their best to keep their spirits up!! Awesome pizza and friendly welcoming faces is always a great way to make your day!!! The pizza y’all made for our family was awesome and put a smile on all of our faces. The food was wonderful and worth the slippery drive, we called in our order and they had it done super fast !! Thanks again for a job well done!!

We came in and didn’t have many options. To top it off the food was extremely salty, each bite kept getting saltier. Lastly, the brownies tasted very undercooked. We normally don’t come to this Cicis but we’re in the area. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I enjoy my visits to cicics. Not my favorite place to eat but aslong as the salad is fresh and the pizzas are hot i will keep visiting. My kids always go to the game room and i can relax and eat my lunch while they play video games.

All it horrible wasn’t open on time when saying something to the manager about it instead of apologizing she proceeded to tell me well I had to find the keys and there’s other places to go eat not very customer service like or management attire not to mention if you’re a restaurant you should have food out and ready when suppose to be open

Great place for an affordable family night!The restaurant is clean, the employees are great at keeping your table clean. Food is good quality but they rarely have anything out so you may have to ask for specific things and wait. Drinks are free refills, bathrooms are clean, and play area is well maintained.
