I work near there, so I frequent this location. My order is usually correct, however today my beefy nachos were missing the beef and my chicken flatbread melt was missing the pico that I paid extra for. When I called they made me repeat myself after telling her everything wrong with my order because I don’t think she spoke English very well & then told me to bring the food back & get it replaced, however I was on break from work & couldn’t go back & they said I could bring it back another time. So what am I supposed to eat on my lunch break? Eventually she did just say come back anytime & get it replaced, which I’m assuming what she should have done in the first place. I had to eat what I had because I had no choice….at least what I could eat. I did take pictures so they wouldn’t think I was just trying to get free food. I worked for a Taco Bell franchise for over 20 years……Southern Multifoods, so I know how we were taught to always take care of the customer. Like I said I do frequent this location, sometimes 2 – 3 times a week, but I might start going to the next closest location……probably Meadowbrook or just go to Taco Casa up on Bridgewood.

The fact the service is terrible is an understatement all theses reviews reflect that. I decided to give them another try… I should have followed my first mind… rude people last time… didn’t change. Let’s get into the cold wet tacos they gave me please consider there was no other customers in the drive thru or none visible from the parking lot.

shout out to Jesus and his team for amazing customer service! i went by and i ordered a soft taco party pack but when i got it it was crunchy so i mentioned it and he had his team remake it correctly and even let me keep the crunchy party pack since apperantly they weren’t allowed to take it back! i can feed my kids what they deserve tonight thanks to them!

Terrible customer service probably the worst I have ever had. I visited this Taco Bell location for the first time, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employees were extremely rude from the moment I pulled up. I asked for fresh food, and the woman on the speaker snapped that “the food is always fresh.” It definitely is not. The fries are often stale.
I also ordered a cheese quesadilla because I am a vegetarian and do not eat meat. Instead, she entered it as a chicken quesadilla. When I told them it was wrong, a man came to the window and argued with me, insisting that I ordered chicken instead of simply rectifying their mistake. I ended up driving off because why would I pay for something I did not order and cannot eat?
The customer service at this location is severely lacking. The employees show little to no professionalism, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Many customers mention that the food is cold, stale, and overall nasty.
Save yourself the frustration and go to the Taco Bell at 5401 S Cooper St instead. They provide exemplary customer service and will remake your food if something is not right, rather than arguing with you. The difference is night and day. You have lost a customer, food, and potential business.

By far worst taco bell i have ever been to. Idk why i keep going here lol. Walked in as I have a mobile order, stood at desk almost 10 minutes before i called someone to me. Literally no one at front register. Told them my order, got it, and felt like it was sitting a bit.

For this Taco Bell, it feels like the drive-thru is mandatory and dine-in customers don’t matter at all. Worst customer service !!

When we walked inside, the staff didn’t even look at us. We had to call out to them and later stood there for 5–10 minutes completely unnoticed. And when we finally said something, they responded rudely instead of helping.

Very Disappointing experience.

Ordered almost $7 dollar Mexican pizzas two and they just threw everything in the middle and the cheese not melted nothing. Plus manager on duty was nice to have them remake it for sure appreciated that much.

Had to exchange tacos. Unfortunately the worker did not even look at my receipt– just started throwing things in the bag to make up for the mistake. Better sanitary practices Taco Bell! you know I’ll be back, but I don’t expect that behavior!!!

The food at Taco Bell is top notch and usually love this location, but had a bad experience with the manager, Jesus. I was told to loop around twice in the drive thru because my order for 2 people wasn’t ready. I’m not one to write a review but it was frustrating considering no one was in line and they couldn’t make my 2 person, 3 item order (not because the food items weren’t ready but because they had other orders to prepare ahead of ours when I’m the only one sitting in the drive thru).

Jesus is an amazing worker here. He is so patient with my tricky and messed up order. He made sure everything was good and was so kind to us. He was hustling hard and overall looks to be a hard worker every time we see him.
