My daughter recently visited, and kinda got me hooked on Dunkin’. My Keurig hasn’t been working right. Instead of trying to fix it, or get another coffee maker, I’ve been coming to you guys!
Unusual for me, because I’m thrifty, and I never go anywhere to get food/coffee as
much as I have with you guys!
Why? because I’ve been impressed! I love that you fix the coffee instead of throwing a bunch of cream and sugar in the bag. I love that I can order on the app for a designated pick up time and prepay. I love that you always have deals. I love the point system and all of the incentives. These are the ways to get someone like me to keep coming back.
The drive-thru line is almost always long, but moves very quickly.
It’s amazing to me that after probably like 7 visits already this month, there has been not a single problem. Are you listening McDonald’s??
However, today I did have a problem. Not a big deal, but thought I would share.
I mentioned the line always moves quickly. Well today, there was only one car in front of me. Yeehaw! Or so I thought. That one car was at the window for over 5 minutes. Not a huge deal either, but since my order is always ready on time, I knew it was sitting there getting cold. I didn’t understand why they weren’t asked to pull forward to keep the line moving. When I finally get to the window, the girl tries to collect money from me. I already paid on the app, and already told them on the speaker my name and that I had a mobile order. So I have to tell her again, and it was ready, sitting right beside her.
So today, I was not impressed, but overall, you’re still doing great!
I always tip cash at the window, but today I did not. I kind of feel bad about it, because that takes away from everyone, not just her.
Is she new? Maybe she needs more training. Or maybe she needs a different position. I don’t think it’s worth it to harm your reputation by not having someone great doing the job that has the most contact with the customer.

So the thing about dunkin’ donuts is you should be able to go to anyone of them and order your drink the same way and get it consistently the same, correct?! Somehow this place screws my coffee up every single time it’s really simple too and everywhere else Duncan and Jacksonville makes it perfect when I order it this way it’s never right. I literally would rather drive past my house and go the extra 8 mi to the richlands dunkin’ donuts to get it done right then to go to the one on 17 that’s convenient and get additude and bad coffee. Also I think they pay their employees and vanilla bean syrup and bacon bits because they act like you’re not paying for it or you’re taking it out of their paycheck it’s crazy

Was super disappointed in this store. I ordered a large, hot, mocha oat milk latte, extra shot. I got a large cup that was 3/4 full with VERY burnt tasting espresso. Unfortunately, it also seems that I may have gotten diary instead of oatmilk. Please, if you’re going to sub out oatmilk, do it almond, not dairy as some people are lactose.

This has always been my favorite Duncan in the Jacksonville area to go to. They Always get my order right and I usually have no complaints until today. I love you guys, but please make sure to check your cups before you’re handing them to the customer my cup had a huge crack down the side. I got two sips out of my coffee before it went all over me and all over my car. coffee was great though.

GO TO DUNKIN INSTEAD OF BUX!
No joke. It’s cheaper and the employees are way way way nicer than that other place with the mermaid. I’m with others who say go to Dunkin and leave the Mermaid in the ocean. Quality is just as good in the foods. The coffee is getting there. The donuts are not why I go there! Crazy huh! (I prefer more fried, greasy donuts, Dunkin’s are too bready for me). Add really great customer service (instead of those snotty people who are mad every time we ask them anything at Starbux). I am sold by the customer service of Dunkin Donuts. Smile and give me a decent drink or food for my family and me and I’ll be going back!

Walk-in immediately saw a bunch of flies flying around landing on the donuts displayed in window at counter, then 3 fly onto freshly made donuts staff took off shelves and I walked right out. That is absolutely disgusting.

I’m not one to write a bad review but as I lay here in bed, with an upset stomach, I’m honestly kind of pissed off. I have a very simple order that has never changed in the 3 years I’ve been ordering it. A medium/large (depending on my mood) iced Matcha with oat milk and 3 vanilla flavor SHOTS, I say shot and not swirl; this is relevant later. Once I approached the window to place my order, I came to the shocking realization that it was windy outside which made it hard to understand the woman over the speaker. I told her my order, to which she asked if I wanted vanilla or french vanilla. Me, thinking “wow they came out with a new flavor shot?” asked what the difference between the two were, to which i was told one was sweeter (that being the french) so I decided to go with the french. Once I had received my drink, I noticed it was infact a flavor SWIRL and not a shot. “No big deal” I thought, simple mistake. I very politely told the woman who handed me the drink that there had been a miscommunication somewhere and that I didn’t want a swirl, as I have a severe dairy allergy and the swirls contain dairy. I was then told “well we can’t take the drinks back I don’t know” so I offered it to my friend in the passenger seat while apologizing for the whole situation profusely. Then, who I’ll assume was the manager came up and in I kid you not, the MOST condescending, annoyed tone ever, asked if I wanted my drink remade. Once again apologizing, I said yes because I was allergic to it and there must have been a miscommunication. She grabbed the drink from me, rolled her eyes, and walked away. I sat there, befuddled if you will. I don’t know if they thought I was trying to swindle them out of a free drink, I sincerely just didn’t want to spend the night on the toilet. I got my new drink, no sticker on it so I couldn’t confirm what was in it. I took 3 sips before I noticed not only was my drink made with regular milk, there was cold foam on it as well. Obviously this post was made to be silly and funny and make light of the situation, but I did get very sick on the way home as well as wasted my money 🙁 dear girls at the window, if you see this, idk maybe try lightening up a bit! customer/food service is tough but there’s no reason to be a blatant jerk especially when I did my absolute best to be as sweet as possible!

I am a daily regular at this Dunkin. I go so much you see how other associates get treated. Victoria needs a raise she is always fast and on point with great customer service. Nobody ever stops to try in help her their in their own world.
