My husband and I ordered Taco Bell from DoorDash last night. I got the franks hot chicken soft taco. Opened it up to put my sauce on, looked like it was left too long in the fryer so I didn’t think anything of it. Woke up at 1am this morning with the WORST food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. I will not be eating here again.

Keep in mind i work 10-11 hour shifts every day for 6 days a week and drive 30 mins to work every day and don’t get off til 11pm-12am, so in that case i don’t have the energy to cook. Taco bell is one of the only places open and one i openly enjoy. Anyways i ordered my grilled cheese burrito no sour cream and beef chalupa with only beef Add Nacho cheese. get home and both had sour cream on them, i was extremely disappointed because i hate sour cream and i haven’t eaten anything at all day. I go back, explain that my order was wrong and showed them my receipt and they looked at me like i was crazy lowkey and then asked for the mess-ups back (i thought they weren’t allowed to do that) ig to see if i was lying? but i got the remakes back and they tasted off in a bad way but i’m making this post because this isn’t the first time this has happened because this has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to taco bell during night shift, i also work in fast food and have debated whether or not to call corporate! :))

The cashier doesn’t understand the first time and have to repeat multiple times. Also, she almost forgot that an item wasn’t available that I ordered (Flaming Hot Cool Ranch Doritos Loco tacos). The food is standard throw together like most other locations. Very seldom do you find a great Taco Bell that doesn’t. But only a few salsa packets were available, HOT, FIRE & DIABLO. So, we elected to go with the breakfast salsa. If this is what you expect from your Taco Bell, then this place would be fine for you. I got what I expected to get.

I got the srawberry refresher and it tasted like water, they went to “fix it” and gave me the mango drink. They gave me another strawberry drink and it still tastes like water. This happens in the night time never in the day time when I order.

Food was ok. Looked like not enough employees or they did not want to be there. The drink self service area was nasty and no one would come clean it up. If I was the owner of the location, the drink fountain would always be clean or I would fire everyone. I will never eat here again. Very poor employees attitudes.

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I would. Me and my family sat there for thirty minutes waiting for our food because we HAVE to order at the kiosk and wanted to pay in cash but they never made our food nor did they ask us to pay but we stood up there and waited to pay but they never came up and asked for us to pay. When they finally asked what we were waiting on we told the our food and their manager came up to us and said that it was his fault but it didn’t really matter either that we could have paid with card too and that would have been easier. Overall this Taco Bell has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and we never even got our food after everything.

I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and a large strawberry dream freeze. The tortilla on my ordinary was hard and could not eat it. It was horrible. My drink looked like a medium. What a waste of 14 dollars. I will never eat here again.

We actually ordered off the Long John Silvers side of the menu. It was good but I expected it to be hotter for the amount of time we waited for the food. You would think they were frying up a fresh batch. The tables were dirty and duct tape holding the seats together.
