Stopped by La Famiglia by chance while staying in the area for work and loved the experience. Food was generously portions and very fast, but the highest point was definitely to the customer service from the wait staff, bar staff and managers who were very accommodating to my unreserved booking and wanted to genuinely ensure my experience was catered too and will definitely be returning with the family next time in the area.

The menu hasn’t changed in 10 years.
And the food wasn’t that great.
Went with family members, that wanted to go. But I new it was a bad idea. And I was right. I got my son the spaghetti meatballs and I’m pretty sure that they were frozen…. tasted like it too.
The plate came out steaming hot, and the meatballs had been sliced to see if they were cooked. My son took a bite and never finished.. he said it tasted realy bad..
It’s more like a second grade take out shop then a family restaurant.
But the service was fantastic, thats pretty much the only good thing… ♂️

First time visit, most impressed with food quality & quantity huge serve of Fish & Chips/salad.
Premises spotless customer service 10/10 very attentive and accommodating.
Went back for afternoon Coffee and THE best.
Absolutely enjoyed my time there.

We have been going to La Famiglia since it opened back in early 2000. This place just keeps getting better. The food is scrumptious and great portions for your money. You name it, birthdays and all family celebrations are always celebrated there. Yummy food + good old service = a great night out for the 2 of us or the whole family & friends.

We dined at LaFamiglia on Sunday around 3:30pm and were seated and served very quickly. My daughter, who has additional needs, became upset and wanted ice cream before our meals arrived. The staff were so kind and helpful — the waitress offered her a scoop of ice cream to help de-escalate the situation, which we truly appreciated.

Over priced!!! $7 for a soft drink!! $5.60 for half a cup of black coffee, meals were inconsistent & missing sides. Some people got their drinks, others didn’t. Waitress clearly hates her job! Not worth it.
