Nacho fries were hard as a rock tasted like they were reheated from the night before. Nothing but a strong still french fry to make you lose your appetite. Then I ordered a soft taco meal they gave me hard tacos I went into a store to exchange them and they said I’d have to reorder the entire thing and they couldn’t take my tacos back. On top of it the hard taco shells were so soggy from the hamburger grease or whatever meat it is that they just fell apart. I got to say this was the worst experience I’ve had going to this Taco Bell and I have noticed that there’s a lot of new people there. I know this from now on anytime I do go there I’m going to ask for fresh everything from now on

Everytime I go I have them correct something or give me what I’m missing. It’s agitating because I love Taco Bell but this location needs better workers that know how to hand out quality food without so many mess ups.

I had a great experience at Taco Bell! The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was just right. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you want when you stop in for a meal. The lobby was very clean and well taken care of, which made the visit even better. Definitely one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been to!

The last couple times I have been to Taco Bell, I have gone through the drive thru. AB is an AMAZING employee! He is ALWAYS so kind and has such a great attitude! Fast food jobs aren’t always the best, but he literally makes the experience there great! We, and every fast food place, need more people like him!!! Thanks AB!!

Ordered a 3 pack of soft taco supremes and a drink. My wife drove the 30 min to our home and opened them up, meat and cheese on all three, lettuce on 1 of the 3, no tomatoes or sour cream on all 3. Tried to call the store and after about ten rings it rolled over to a fax. No answer. Here are pics of my soft taco supremes. Drive through please do not get angry while I hold up your drive though to see if you can follow the picture of how to make a taco. Sorry but very tired of driving off from a drive through to find out something is wrong, missing, etc.

The best service at any restaurant I have been to in my travels. The order is always right. Which just never happens at any Taco Bell anywhere. And they make quality food. You order a burrito,you get a hefty burrito not a pencil that leaves you wondering why they didn’t put anything in it. They are quick too. They always greet customers and the restaurant is clean. Round of applause for all the employees at this location y’all are awesome .

Today on September 27 2025 my name is KT I had ordered a $7 box special i said not hot sauce an no sour cream.I still got sour cream on my food n I called back to Toco bell an explained I was on my way to work n that they got my order wrong I took pics of it n tried to go back and see if they could make it Right and they did not an told me its nothing they can do about the order.I will call the corporate office Monday n see why as a customer i was treated un fair and the problem could not be correct
