Ordered 3 Krystals w/cheese and no pickles, french fries and a corn pup.. 2 krystals had pickles. While waiting on my food another guy walks in with a messed up drive through order and he and I are the only ones inside and only 2 vehicles in the dtive thru…I would hate to eat here during a lunch rush. Not satisfied after spending over $11. No thank you and no apology to the guy with the wrong order.

After waiting for 30 mins in drive thru a few days ago, then was told that the ” credit card reader” wasn’t working… I went back today , and again I sat in line for 20-25 mins. When I finally got my food, it was HORRIBLE, my burgers was dry with literally a dot of mustard and a lil pickle… I paid almost $17.00 for the meals, and we can’t eat them… At this point, I won’t be returning to the Krystal on Shorter Ave, Rome Ga again.

lazy workers. no reason the lobby should be closed at 8:00 pm when it says dine in til 10pm on the door..making it harder on themselves and delivery drivers i shouldn’t have to wait in a long drive thru line when all i’m doing is picking something up.

I repeat do not come here in the morning. Every time I have came here the older black lady has had the worst attitude, and my food is never right, but her attitude is bad… I used to always wonder why they didn’t have any customers in the morning. I’m gonna go out on the limb and say it’s because of her.. same lady same attitude everytime.. judging from the other bad reviews on this location, I’m sure you guys are not gonna do anything to fix it or get rid of her

Ordered the 12 pack with fries and drinks. The burgers were great and made just how we ordered them, the fries however were well over cooked, some were even very crunchy and we’re all brown. The staff was kinda hasty and not really all that friendly. The service was quite slow and took us a bit to get our food. Not really impressed with this Krystal and I’m a huge krystal lover.
