I have been to this location twice now. The first time a couple weeks ago. I ordered a couple tacos and was upsold the box. The gentleman told me it would only raise the price of my order a few cents and my total was around $7 or so. When i came to the window I was told my order was over $15! When questioned the guy confirmed my order and the price I was initially told and when I went to hand my card over he said he’d charge the $15 price. Since we couldn’t come to an agreement I left without any food.

One of the best Taco Bell’s we have been to. Super fast and not once have they gotten our order incorrect. The food has always been consistently the best of any location we’ve been to. Highly recommend this one, especially if you are in Melissa. The one there is consistently the worst we’ve been to.

Food and service is always awesome. One thing that does get on my nerves though, is the last rose bush before you get to the call box to place an order. It’s very pretty, but it makes it hard to see the full menu. Maybe consider trimming it down short so that cars behind in the que line can make food choices faster rather than having to wait til the line moves up.

Needed to eat quick sugar low. The place was not busy in the lobby. Typical scene no Restocked items, tables needing wiping off, trash overflowing, bathrooms no paper towels or tissue. We are slacking in modern times.

Came in and ordered to-go. food was ready before i was even able to fix my drink. ordered 3 soft taco supreme, they put plenty of meat inside and didn’t skimp me on ingredients. As good as taco bell can be, that’s why they get 5 stars from me.

It’s been a couple of days now since I ate here, and I’m still trying to recover from the food poisoning they gave me. I know it was this place because I hadn’t eaten anything all day. I was so busy that I never thought about eating till I got on the road and headed for Oklahoma. I can’t tell you if it was the 5 layer burrito or the new grilled cheese burrito thing they got that made me so sick. I will never eat at any TacoBell ever again.

0!!!!!! Y’all need to fix this issue. Missing sauces, missing food, they do the bare minimum! They also close the dining room early. We call and no one answers, multiple times. Either the manger doesn’t care or they aren’t even there; this is mostly night crew too.

No one was there to take order in drive thru at 1208am waited there for 15 mins no one took order even tho the timing says it’s open till 1am! Management needs to look into this issue!
